In 2007,the world's urban population rose rapidly after the agricultural population,and the global "urban age" has been brought in.With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the urban population is constantly flooding into the cities,the urban construction speed is increasing,the urban population scale and the scale of the building are expanding.For China's urban development in the process of sustained and rapid urbanization,On the one hand,the most important urban agglomerations,such as the tianjin-hebei region,the Yangtze river delta region,the pearl river delta region and the chengdu-chongqing region,are facing the pressure of further mega-development,high density and continuous development.It is necessary to adapt to the national urbanization strategy by improving the comprehensive bearing capacity.On the other hand,in the context of resource shortage in China,high-density development is both a realistic feature of urban development and an important trend of future development.It is different from the development mode of many foreign cities.While the high-density development has become the new normal of the development of large and medium-sized cities in China,the high-density development has a certain impact on the urban spatial layout,which is mainly reflected in the imbalance of the development of urban human and land relations and the decrease of the social efficiency of spatial layout.The city density is obviously different,and the economic efficiency of spatial layout is decreasing.Urban traffic congestion intensifies,ecological efficiency of urban spatial layout fails,etc.Article relying on national science and technology support plan projects "urban agglomeration spatial planning and dynamic monitoring of the key technology research and development and integrated demonstration project" the topic of "urban agglomeration high density space efficiency optimization of key technology research"(project number: 2012 baj15b03,hereinafter referred to as"subject)Take chongqing yuzhong peninsula as an example,taking the spatial layout of mountain cities as the research object,taking the main elements of urban spatial layout,spatial structure,land use and road traffic as the entry point,Through qualitative and quantitative evaluation of spatial layout efficiency of mountain cities,This paper puts forward the theory frame and method of integrated and coordinated development of spatial distribution efficiency of mountainous cities under high-density development,and puts forward specific optimization strategies for spatial distribution based on the actual situation of chongqing metropolitan area and yuzhong peninsula.The research contents include the following five parts:The first part(chapter 1): raises the question that this article concerns.This paper expounds the research background,the purpose and significance of the research,the definition of relevant concepts,the research review,the research methods and the research framework.Put forward high density has become the important type of urban development in our country,and high density development in the future can not only solve the contradiction between growing space demands and limited space,also is the external manifestations of compact city.Part ii(chapter 2,chapter 3): understanding the problem.By understanding the concept of urban density and analyzing the spatiotemporal development of urban density in China,the reasons for the formation of urban density are understood.Based on the judgment criteria of high-density cities at home and abroad and through the analysis of the spatiotemporal evolution of urban density in China,it is preliminarily proposed that urban density(population density and building density)is the identification standard of high-density development of cities.On this basis,the paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the spatial layout of mountain cities under the high-density development.Part three(chapter 4): analysis of the problem.On the premise that the spatial layout efficiency includes social,economic and ecological aspects,the spatial layout efficiency evaluation is further analyzed to establish the evaluation system of spatial layout efficiency of mountain cities.The efficiency level of spatial layout is further analyzed through qualitative and quantitative evaluation to provide qualitative and quantitative basis for urban spatial layout optimization.Part iv(chapters 5): solve the problem.Aiming at the problems existing in the spatial layout of high-density mountain cities analyzed above,combined with the conclusion of efficiency evaluation,the theory of coordinated development was introduced,and the objective of efficiency coordination of urban spatial layout was proposed from the social dimension,economic dimension and ecological dimension respectively.The concrete method and realization path of spatial layout efficiency synthesis from macroscopic,mesoscopic and microscopic perspectives are proposed.Part v(chapter 6)empirical research.I With the yuzhong peninsula in chongqing as an example,using the above established "the analysis,performance evaluation,the optimization method of spatial layout optimization method,in the yuzhong peninsula in chongqing based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of high density,further to qualitative and quantitative evaluation of spatial layout efficiency,and puts forward the space layout optimization strategy.
