Research On Urban Cultural Environment Construction Of Beijing New Town

A city is a container of culture, and culture is the soul of the city. Today, China's urban construction scale and speed unprecedented in achieving rapid urbanization has also produced city features missing and cultural convergence issues. Heritage urban culture, reflecting urban features, how to promote orderly and healthy development are the current major tasks facing us.This thesis takes "urban cultural environment construction" as the main study scope. On the base of analyzing the planning of urban culture, culture and urban cultural environment in new towns at home or abroad, the thesis tries to define the connotation, the content levels, the support systems built in areas such as the urban cultural environment construction system. In the technical and systematic dimension, the current progress in theoretical research and practice of urban cultural environment construction are spread out.This urban cultural environment construction contains three elements as cultural spaces, cultural facilities and cultural industries. Throughout the national, regional, municipal and community level, the innovative management, professional skills, dynamic control and effective management system is necessary, especially the public participation as a support system to ensure effective implementation of the urban cultural environment.Judging from the foreign new town development, the effect of urban cultural environment construction is more and more important. Practice of new town construction in our country is massive, in which new cultural environment construction planning system is necessary to be improved. Taking the Tongzhou new city as a case, and both from a technical point and a systemic point, Beijing urban cultural environment construction is improved. Culture is meaningful to urban development in the era of globalization, and cultural planning become a contemporary use of cultural resources to promote the overall development of a city. Culture environment construction planning of Chinese cities is a matter of urgency. In the end, this paper concludes that system construction is the primary factor in China cities, and new city construction of cultural environment will lay the foundation for the construction of Beijing World City.
