In information era,technology development and changes of customers' needs lead to a profound change in the business mode of Chinese sports goods manufacturing enterprises.Competition that enterprises from sports goods industry face is not only about spreading the scale of production and striving for market share,but also about the business model.The key to seek the superiority for enterprises is to adjust to this information era.In this assay,for sake of improving competition and spreading customers' value in Chinese sports goods industry,creative strategy in business model has been researched based on the information era by analyzing common business model in Chinese sports goods industry.This research mainly includes three parts:the first part is about the Chinese sporting goods industry and industry manufacturing enterprises involved in research,development and research status of Chinese sports goods industry,research Chinese sports goods enterprises financing mode,manufacturing marketing mode,profit mode and operation mode;the second part is the research on the drive of enterprise business model innovation in the information age the environmental characteristics and the information age,including the characteristics of the information age Chinese politics and economy,society and technology,and the information age driven economic development innovation,business innovation,business model innovation;the third part is the research on the strategy of enterprise business model innovation value network Chinese sports goods manufacturing based on the age of information,including the information age China sports goods manufacturing enterprise value net model,business model innovation strategy.In conclusion:(1)After experiencing huge adjustment,Chinese sports goods industry has recovered a lot.Nowadays,the business model of Chinese sports goods manufacturing enterprises have not met the requirement of this information era.Imperfection of financing mechanism and difficulties of financing exist in financing mode,a low rate of cyber marketing and weak performance in self-owned e-commerce business influence marketing mode,sole profiting mode and lack of precise management impact profiting mode,imperfect management of information and low use ratio of information resource occur in operating mode.(2)Put forward the innovation strategy of enterprise business model of value network China sports goods manufacturing based on the financing mode innovation,Innovative strategy are represented in implementing all channel financing inside value net in financing aspect,including the promotion of the core enterprise network financing,promote the main credit financing,enhancing capacity of key e-commerce enterprises in value net model in marketing aspect,including strengthening the mobile Internet business ability and comprehensive integration of network marketing resources,creating flexibility of internal producing and management in profiting aspect,promoting information integration about internal supply chain in value net mode in operating aspect,including the realization of supply chain information resource value,build the enterprise intelligent logistics system.Meanwhile,according to policy trend,participating and developing cross-border e-commerce is vital to increase the capacity of global competition.“internet+manufacture”can be utilized to upgrade the industry.Constructive goal of reform needs to be learned and implemented in supply aspect.
