When the coal mining machine cuts the coal-bearing coal-bearing rock under the condition of complicated coal seam,there are unfavorable factors such as harsh working conditions,complicated load and severe vibration,and the underground cable data acquisition system collects and cuts the vibration of the coal containing the pinch Signals have problems with wiring difficulties,poor flexibility,and high risk.For this reason,it is very necessary to carry out wireless acquisition of the vibration signal of the coal-bearing coal with shearing coal.Relying on the National Natural Science Foundation of China project “Study on the dynamic transfer law and structural evolution theory of the high-cut cutting drum of Jiayu coal and rock”(51674134),the design of the low-cost,low-power ZigBee wireless communication technology was firstly designed.The coal machine cuts the coal-containing rock vibration collecting system,and cuts the coal seam of the 14-story coal seam of the Yangcun mine of Yancang Group in the MG2×55/250-BW type coal mining machine(including iron sulfide nodules and high hardness clamp).In the context of application,the overall plan is proposed.Secondly,it is designed to adopt a combination of MSP430F5438 microprocessor and ADXL345 three-axis accelerometer to design a data processor module;ZigBee CC2530 is used to complete the wireless communication module design;power supply module design and Z-Stack terminal node application layer cutting include The hardware design of the wireless sensor network terminal node for the vibration acquisition of the coal-rock vibration,and the intrinsic safety circuit design and the flame-proof enclosure design make the node meet the explosion-proof requirements of the mining electrical equipment.Finally,the Z-Stack protocol line is developed based on IAR Embedded Workbench software.Through the realization of networking,the vibration data is wirelessly transmitted and accepted,and the Labview host computer platform is used to complete functions such as display,storage,history query,real-time monitoring of cutting vibration,etc.Based on this,the software design of the coal mining machine to intercept the vibration of the coal containing rock is carried out.The network test was carried out on the shearing of the shearing coal containing rock and coal,and the data packet,serial port test and host computer display were used for functional verification.The vibration data obtained on Labview and the coal mining machine of this type were in the process.The vibration data obtained by ADAMS simulation analysis under thesame working conditions are compared and analyzed.The feasibility of the design is verified by the analysis results,which provides a reference for wireless acquisition of cutting vibration signals in the future.
