| As the core research content of aircraft tire technology,aircraft radial tire is a very important strategic material of the country.Since western countries have blockaded the technology of this area against China,the resources and information to research are much limited in terms of design techniques,manufacturing process,critical materials,key equipment’s,testing methods and technical standards,which all demand independent research and development.Through this project,it is very important for us to develop our own aircraft radial tire design and manufacturing technology with independent intellectual property rights,fill the blank of our domestic civil aircraft radial tire and provide technical support for the industrialization of aircraft radial tire.The key points of this project target the technical research and breakthrough of aircraft radial tire,including spiral winding belt design method,(S-winding,Z-winding),vulcanization process technology,tire static force analysis and dynamic test by Finite Simulation Analysis.This research had formed the spiral winding belt design program with composited structure and manufacturing technology,optimized the vulcanization process in accordance with the safety requirements of aircraft radial tire,and combined the company’s characteristics to establish the nation’s advanced standard of aircraft radial tire. |
