The exploration and discussion of cooperative behavior has been a research hotspot in various disciplines at home and abroad. However, there are still some shortcomings in the current research. On the one hand, the results of theoretical research lacks an empirical basis,on the other hand, the study is not deep enough. In addition, with the rise of experimental economics, the research method of behavioral experiments has gradually become an important method for studying economic problems. In this paper,we combine the method of evolutionary game theory and the method of experimental economics to study, explore the internal mechanism and external performance of indi-vidual behavior decisions. In the first part, based on the game experiment,we explore the impact of public goods investment preference on cooperation behavior. We built a multi person anony-mous online interactive game platform through o Tree, and we recruited college students to participate in the behavior experiment. The game experimental design is divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group is the heterogeneous in-vestment game of public goods, and the control group is the homogeneous investment game of public goods. In addition,we also introduce three network configurations:regular network(L4),random regular network(R4)and degree 3vs.5 random network(R3vs.5).The experimental results show that the experimental group with free invest-ment preferences significantly improved the participation of public goods in the game. However, different network structures have no significant effect on the results of in-vestment preference experiment.Among them, the interesting point is that under the heterogeneous investment game mechanism, the experimental participants showed a positive willingness to participate in the first round. In order to explore its inherent decision-making behavior,we found the time series model, and found that the gangster participation of the experimental group gradually decreased over time, and there was no consistent evolution trend in the participation of the control group. And the participation of the experimental group was higher than the control group. So,is the current behavior decision under the influence of the pre-earning return? By constructing a regression model,we found that the current invest-ment of public goods is significantly positively related to the pre-return of the public goods.Heterogeneous investment mechanism encourages experimental participants to adjust their strategies and seek better investment.According to the number of coop-erative neighbors of public goods team members, the proportion of subjects' strategic response was counted. The results show that the number of neighbors of heterogeneous portfolio is 3,accounting for the highest proportion, and the number of neighbors of ho-mogeneous portfolio is 2,accounting for the highest proportion. It shows that freely expressing investment preferences creates a good cooperation environment, promotes the participation of public goods and reduces free riding behavior. Finally, using the clustering method, the whole population is divided into three behavioral phenotypes:prosocial, antisocial and conditional collaborators. The majority of antisocial types are under homogeneous investment mechanism, and the majority of conditional groups are under heterogeneous investment mechanism. In the second part,we discuss the influence of different learning backgrounds of liberal arts and science on cooperative behavior.Starting from three different game models of CD,CDP and CDR,this paper comprehensively studies the similarities and differences of behavioral decisions of participants in liberal arts and science ex-periments after adding two strategies(C and D),punishment strategy(P)and reward strategy(R).The results show that the experimental participants with science learning background prefer the choice of cooperative strategies, and the experimental partic-ipants with liberal arts learning background mostly use betrayal strategies.Through the analysis of time evolution,we find that science participants show good willingness to cooperate at the beginning of the game, form a good cooperation environment, and maintain a high level of cooperation.Liberal arts participants maintained a low level of cooperation from beginning to end.In terms of strategic response, liberal arts and Sci-ence showed the behavioral characteristics of TFT.Social phenotypes can be grouped into three types: prosocial, antisocial and generally participatory.By constructing a generalized linear mixed model,we find that the game model has an impact on coop-erative behavior, and the branches of Arts and Sciences show differences in individual behavior decision-making.The third part is the meta-analysis of the impact of dilemma strength on coopera-tive behavior in game experiment.Professor Jun Tanimoto proposed a new definition of dilemma strength based on the unified scaling theory. For the paper that gives the payoff matrix, the dilemma strength can be calculated. However, there is a lack of experimental verification. Therefore,we put forward the corresponding research ques-tion,how does different dilemma strength affect the choice of cooperation strategies of experimental participants.Based on the meta-analysis framework, carefully study and sort out a large number of relevant references.Firstly, the impact of dilemma strength on effect value(cooperation rate)is analyzed.Through the construction of regression model and relevant statistical test,it is found that there is a significant negative cor-relation between effect value(cooperation rate)and dilemma strength.Heterogeneous test results showed heterogeneity. Therefore,we have studied the influence of regional factors(Asia,Europe,North America). At three dilemma levels, experimental partici-pants in Asia,Europe and North America showed differences.Culture is different from the environment, leading to different behavioral performance. In addition,we analyzed the influence of four game models on cooperative behavior, and the impact of regional factors under game model. There is a difference in individual behavior.
