Abstract/Summary:
Corporate Social Performance was explored for its linkages with Top Management Team demographic characteristics, Chief Executive Officer Compensation Composition, and CEO Power. A multiple linear regression showed no significant predictive value of TMT demographics, CEO pay, or CEO power for Corporate Social Performance. Future directions for suggested research are included in the final chapter.
