To examine this relationship, the Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire (LBDQ) Form XII (The Ohio State University, 1962) was used to measure the followers' preferences of the behavior of their leaders in a group or organization. In addition to the LBDQ, a demographic survey coupled with a self-developed change questionnaire sheet was used to measure the participants' perception of the amount of change and their feelings about the current organizational change.; Responses from this instrument were received from over 200 graduate students.
