| The focus of this work is the fabrication and measurement of millimeter wave circuits that are fabricated on SU-8 substrates. These circuits form building blocks from which more complicated systems can be developed. For each structure, the design, fabrication process, and measurements are presented. The electrical performance of the structures is compared with similar structures that have been fabricated using silicon micromachining. |
