Abstract/Summary:
The purpose of this qualitative and quantitative case study was to supplement the literature, explain the systemic change process, and document strategies used by the three school districts that implemented resource mapping. This study examined and analyzed the perception of school leaders involved in the implementation of project Responsive Education for All Children (REACh) regarding the integrity of the process for improving student learning and its ability to support systemic change. Three case studies focused on Wisconsin public school districts' implementation of resource mapping from the perspective of the educators who actually participated in the implementation. The study provided a better understanding of how to accomplish systemic change in the delivery of resources from a collaborative and student needs approach.
