Measuring And Exploring The Relationship Between Dynamic Capabilities,Business Model Innovation And Performance Of New Enterprises Based On Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets

As an important impetus of economic development,entrepreneurial activity has been paid more and more attention by the Governments of emerging economy countries.China is undergoing a comprehensive deepening of reform,the high degree of uncertainty is the current international environment and China's economic transformation of the salient features of the start-up enterprises are faced with opportunities,but also face a huge challenge,short lifespan,difficult to continue has become synonymous with the start-up enterprises.How to promote the development of start-up enterprises has become a hot issue discussed by scholars and experts.Dynamic capability and business model innovation is rooted in the changeable environment,which is regarded by scholars as the core of value creation and competitive advantage.This study comprehensively considers the background and the theoretical backgrounds,and explores the scientific methods of measuring the dynamic ability,business model innovation and performance of the start-up enterprises in view of the characteristics of dynamic capability,business model innovation and the fuzziness and uncertainty of business environment.On the basis of measurement,from the view of dynamic capability,the relationship between dynamic capability and performance and its influence mechanism are not only enriched by the theoretical research results of dynamic capability,but also provide new ideas for the growth of start-up enterprises in practice.In this paper,the dynamic ability,business model innovation and performance of the connotation,measurement dimensions and methods,research perspective of the relevant literature and theoretical research are deeply analyzed.According to the fuzziness,uncertainty features and shortcomings of the existing measurement methods in this paper,the theory and method of intuitionistic fuzzy sets are used to construct the measurement method of the dynamic ability,the innovation of business model and the performance of the start-up enterprise.Based on the fuzzy evaluation of the dynamic ability,the business model innovation and the performance evaluation index,the method of intuitionistic fuzzy set is used to get the key measurement indexes of the dynamic ability,the business model innovation and the performance evaluation for the start-up enterprise.And the application of the measurement method of the five start-ups in the reality of the dynamic capability,business model innovation and performance of a comprehensive operational measurement research,verifying the proposed measurement method in real practice.Based on the dynamic capability,business model innovation and performance measurement,the paper further studies the relationship between the start-up enterprises by improving their dynamic capability,transforming them into value creation and value return,and then influencing performance,and constructs the logical relationship between dynamic capability,business model innovation and performance which turns to be an integrated Framework model.Finally,on the basis of the dynamic capabilities,business model innovation and performance measurement methods of the start-ups,and further guided by the dynamic capabilities concept,the paper studies the relationship between value creation and value return,and then influences the performance of the start-ups,and establishes the start-ups by improving their dynamic capabilities.Dynamic Capability-Business Model Innovation-Performance Relational Model.By collecting the relevant data of 207 effective samples of start-ups through questionnaires and using structural equation model analysis,the relationship between dynamic capability,business model innovation and performance is deeply analyzed,and the theoretical hypothesis is verified.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Both dynamic capabilities and business model innovation have a positive impact on the performance of start-ups;the impact of various dimensions of dynamic capabilities on the performance of start-ups is quite different.(2)Dynamic capability has a significant positive impact on value creation innovation,but the impact on value return innovation varies greatly.(3)Value creation innovation and value return innovation play a mediating role in the relationship between dynamic capabilities and performance of start-ups.In dynamic capabilities,organizational learning ability,organizational innovation ability and resource integration ability have direct and positive effects on the performance of start-ups,while resource reconstruction ability and strategic isolation mechanism have indirect and positive effects on the performance of start-ups by influencing business model innovation.The main contributions of this paper are:(1)clarifying the connotation of dynamic capability and business model innovation,screening and measuring key evaluation indicators by using intuitionistic fuzzy sets,and constructing the screening and measuring methods of key evaluation indicators for dynamic capability and business model innovation of start-ups based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets.The feasibility and scientificity of the new measurement method have been verified by an example.(2)Combining the operation rules and advantages of intuitionistic fuzzy sets,this paper constructs the screening and measurement methods of key performance evaluation indicators of start-up enterprises based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets.In view of the difference between forward and reverse quantitative indicators,different operators are used to construct the model,and the mixed calculation of quantitative and qualitative indicators is realized.The application of intuitionistic fuzzy sets solves the problems of inaccurate preference of evaluators,integration of linguistic evaluation values and index weights,and enriches the research on operability of variable measurement in management.(3)The research framework of "capability-value-performance" of start-ups is put forward,and the mechanism of dynamic capabilities of start-ups and the impact of business model innovation on performance is revealed.The practical significance of this study is to guide start-ups to innovate their business models by improving their dynamic capabilities,so as to improve their performance and participate in market competition.
