Spatial-temporal Differentiation Of The Economic Effect Of Chinese Producer Services And Coordination

With the rapid rise of producer services in the world,producer services have,to some extent,exerted a decisive influence on the development trend of global "service economy".As an important part of the service industry,producer services are not only the main aspects of industrial transformation and upgrading and economic power transformation in China,but also the breakthrough point of promoting supply-side structural reform and leading the new normal of the economy.At present,China’s economy has shifted from high speed growth to medium-high speed growth.Problems such as unbalanced regional development,low marketization degree and insufficient scientific and technological research and development capability have seriously restricted the improvement of China’s economic level.Producer services can enhance scientific and technological research and development capacity,optimize industrial structure and improve production efficiency through the transformation of human capital and knowledge capital,so as to promote regional economic growth,which will be an important breakthrough to alleviate the downward pressure on China’s economy and lead China’s economy to enter the high-speed track again.Therefore,at the current stage,it is of great practical significance to study the spatial differentiation and coordination of the economic effects of producer services.Based on the above purpose,the paper with 286 cities of China as the research object,using statistical yearbook of producer services index data,economic indicators and affect economic growth based on the data of control variable,the related literature summary about the producer services and economic development at the same time,the integrated use of regional economics,industry economics,econometrics and other theories and methods,from 1996 to 2016,286 cities development level of producer services and economic effect and the difference of the economic,social and environmental coordination conducted a comprehensive system of research,The main research work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,based on the current economic development in China and the overall development situation of producer services,an evaluation index system for the development of producer services was established to measure the development level of producer services in 286 prefecture-level urban units in China.By means of spatial data analysis,the spatialtemporal characteristics and influencing factors of the development of producer services in China were analyzed.Study shows that the development level of producer services in China since 1996 increase significantly,formed the beijing-tianjin-hebei,high value of the Yangtze river delta,the pearl river delta mainly concentrated area,inland from the coast to the stairs is degressive trend gradually strengthen,and experienced in the east-west up scattered after polarization first,in the south-north up after the first dispersed spatial evolution characteristics of polarization.There is a significant spatial positive correlation between the development level of producer services in local and municipal units,but the correlation intensity changes in a fluctuating manner,indicating that the development of producer services in China is of poor sustainability and stability.In terms of influencing factors,it is found that the degree of industrialization inhibits the development of producer services,and the crowding-out effect is obvious.Secondly,dynamic econometric model is adopted to analyze the linkage effect between producer services and economic growth.VAR model,co-integration test and granger causality test are mainly used to investigate the long-term dynamic relationship between producer services and economic growth.The results show that the development level of producer services and economic growth are granger reasons for each other,but economic growth is not granger reasons for the agglomeration degree and scale expansion of producer services.In the face of the disturbance of producer services’ standard deviation,economic growth shows a significant positive response,which remains at about the 4th phase,and then shows a trend of slow and continuous growth,indicating that the promotion of producer services to economic growth is not achieved overnight,but a process of slow release.Thirdly,under the theoretical framework of new economic geography,various forms of spatial measurement methods are adopted to analyze the spatial and temporal differences of the economic effects of producer services.Results: Economic effect of producer services in our country has the significant differences of space and time,the economic effect presents a trend of increase year by year,at the same time as the regional difference,the difference of economic development level and industry specialization differences vary,the eastern region of producer services and economic effect is significantly higher than the central and western areas,regions with high economic development level was also significantly higher than that of low level areas,and high degree of specialization and low areas is expected in the significant difference of this kind of phenomenon is mainly caused by the low degree of specialization of producer services development in our country,which leads to different parts of the producer services and economic growth effect difference.Fourth,using system analysis theory and method,development of producer services and the economic,social and environmental coordinated development of the research,by building a "producer services-the economy","producer services-society","producer services-environment" the index system of compound system,using the coupled coordination degree model to measure in 1996,2006 and 2016,the coordinated development level of the regional compound system.The results show that the order parameters of producer services in each region always lag behind the economic,social and environmental order parameters,indicating that China belongs to the type of backward development of producer services,and the backward development of producer services seriously affects the coordination degree of the three compound systems.At the same time,the three compound systems are all in the same opponent stage with slight imbalance.Although the degree of coupling and coordination is generally on the rise,the level of coordination is relatively low,and there is still a large gap between the benign resonance distance.Then,grey prediction model was used to predict the coordination of compound systems from 2018 to 2022,and the results showed that the coupling degree and coordination degree of the above three compound systems would not be improved to a large extent in the short term.Finally,the paper concludes and summarizes the conclusions of the paper,and puts forward policy Suggestions on actively promoting the development of producer services,actively adjusting industrial structure and narrowing regional industrial development gap,so as to maximize the economic effects of producer services and promote the coordinated development of producer services and economy,society and environment.
