and energy-consuming,will become an inevitable choice for China's economic and social development.In order to cope with changes in the economic situation,China has successively promulgated and implemented a series of policies for cultivating and supporting strategic emerging industries,which effectively stimulating the rapid development of strategic emerging industries,and gradually promoting the full play of supporting role of strategic emerging industries in national economic development.However,under the background of knowledge economy and information age,the rapid flow and innovative cooperation of production factors affect the transformation of development power and the choice of innovation models of strategic emerging industries.In order to realize the development and innovation,strategic emerging industries can only be driven by direct dynamic factors such as government support,technological innovation,market environment and business strategy,as well as the adjustment of elements of capital and human resources.Different dynamics of industrial development require different support of innovative power elements;different combinations of power elements constitute different modes of innovative development.Due to the constraints of different resources,different conditions and different environments,combined with the geographical advantages and characteristics of industries in various places,the dynamic mechanism and innovation mode of strategic emerging industries need to be tailored to time conditions,local conditions and industrial conditions.Based on the above,the thesis starts from related theories and research status,and puts forward theoretical hypotheses.Through the construction and verification of theoretical models and empirical models,the thesis studies the dynamic mechanism and innovation model of strategic emerging industries.The main word can be summarized as follows:First,the thesis combines the theoretical basis and literature review on strategic emerging industries,which provides theoretical support for the research on the dynamic mechanism and mode innovation of strategic emerging industries.Based on the theory of factor endowment theory,industrial structure theory,industrial development theory and technological innovation theory,taking related research on strategic emerging industries and government planning,technological innovation,market environment,business strategy,capital financing and human resources as the context,the research status quo of strategic emerging industries is clarified,the main driving forces for the development of strategic emerging industries are sorted out,which provide the theoretical foundation for carrying out research on motivation mechanism and years is analyzed by using global factor analysis,conclusions are made that there are regional differences in development capabilities and innovation capabilities of China's strategic emerging industries,and there are significant differences in industrial differentiation between the eastern,central and western regions.Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong and Jiangsu have stronger comprehensive strength than other regions,and have outstanding performance in innovation of basic resource capabilities,R&D input capabilities,innovative output capabilities,market diffusion,industrial diffusion industry development.Based on grounded theory,using Nvivo for qualitative analysis of the literature,through exploratory analysis,correlation analysis,master-slave relationship analysis and theoretical saturation test,we can draw that the conclusion that government guidance,technical innovation and market mechanism have played important roles in the development of strategic emerging industries.Combined with Porter's competitiveness theory with the diamond model,dynamic mechanism model for development of strategic emerging industries is constructed,in which government behavior,technological innovation,market environment,and corporate strategy are the main driving forces,meanwhile,capital and human resources are the regulatory factors.Corresponding hypotheses are proposed.The thesis uses five point scale analysis method to design a questionnaire for strategic emerging industrial development,which carries out an investigation from six aspects: government support,technological innovation,market capacity,enterprise development strategy,capital financing and talent introduction.By comprehensively using exploratory factor analysis of variance and regression analysis to test the reliability and validity of the sample data,it is concluded that the promotion effect of technological innovation and market environment on the development of strategic industries is not significant at present,the influence of which are lower than government support and enterprise strategy.The improper functioning of technological innovation and the low efficiency of market resource allocation are the main reasons for the insufficient development momentum of strategic emerging industries.The elements of capital and human resources can effectively promote and improve the promotion of the dynamic factors of each subject on strategic emerging industries,and adjustment of human resources elements is stronger.This is also the main innovation of the thesis.Fourth,the thesis constructs a strategic emerging industry innovation model,explores four kinds of strategic emerging industry innovation mode.Based on the motivation factors of government support,technological innovation,market ability and enterprise strategy,a strategic emerging industry innovation model is built.By means of analysis of variance,linear regression and BP neural network,and using of Stata 14.0 in analyzing the data of strategic emerging industries,the thesis verifies the promote role of government supports,the catalytic role of technological innovation,the guiding role of market environment,and the decisive role of business strategy in industrial innovation.Based on the theoretical and empirical analysis,the thesis put forward four types of strategic emerging industrial innovation mode,such as type of government support,type of technical innovation,type of market driven and type of enterprise driven.Thus,government administrative means,technological innovation,market demand orientation and enterprise strategy integration can effectively promote the innovation of strategic emerging industries and improve industrial innovation performance.Fifth,the thesis evaluates and analyzes the innovation mode of strategic innovation industries.Taking the data of computer and office equipment manufacturing,and electronics and communications equipment manufacturing in the areas of Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei and Yangtze River Delta from 2010 to 2015 as samples,using entropy/TOPSIS in evaluating and analyzing the emerging electronic information industry in the seven provinces and cities,the thesis concludes that the emerging electronic information industry in seven provinces and cities has differences in government support,technological innovation,market expansion and business strategy,as well as industrial innovation mode,so as to provide a basis for timely adjustment of strategic emerging industry policies. |
