The Synergy Of Pension Insurance System Among Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei Province

The collaborative development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province has been identified as a major national strategy since 2014.Thereafter,the industrial upgrading and transfer has been selected as one of the three breakthroughs in accordance with "The Collaborative Development Plan of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province" and the upcoming integration of the social security among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province becomes very important and urgent.The purpose of this study is to explore how to achieve a scientific and efficient integration strategy of pension insurance system among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province so as to further promote the integration strategy of Beijing Tianjin and Hebei Province in reality.The dissertation mainly consists of three parts.The first part constitutes the logical basis for the research.The theoretical model of the economic integration among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province is firstly constructed,and then the relevant empirical tests are carried out.Then we analyze the relationship between the integration strategy of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province and the integration of pension insurance system among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province by means of constructing relevant mathematical models and verify the corresponding relationship by econometric methods.In the second part,by means of the basic meaning and extended meaning of social security,the author put forward the primary synergy of pension insurance system among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province and the advanced synergy of pension insurance system among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province.In the third part,the paper firstly analyzes how to carry out the primary synergy of pension insurance system among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province by means of mathematical models and econometric models.Next the author analyzes how to carry out the advanced synergy of pension insurance system among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province by means of mathematical models and econometric models.The conclusion of this paper and the corresponding suggestions mainly include the following two parts.The first part:the logical basis of the study and the corresponding suggestions.First,this paper firstly established a theoretical interpretation model about the integration strategy among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province and gave a theoretical explanation for the emergence of integration strategy among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province.The corresponding suggestions are to break the "siphon effect" of Beijing upon Hebei Province.Secondly,this paper introduces the reputation model in information economics,and constructs a mathematical model including innate endowments,human capital and social security differences to demonstrate the necessity of social security integration among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province.The corresponding suggestions are to increase the overall utilization of pension insurance funds among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province,and speed up the coordinated development of social security system in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The second part:the dissertation,by means of the basic meaning and extended meaning of social security proposed by the author of the dissertation,put forward the primary synergy of pension insurance system among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province and the advanced synergy of pension insurance system among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province.All the corresponding suggestions can be summed up in the primary synergy of pension insurance system among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province and the advanced synergy of pension insurance system among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province.The corresponding suggestions summed up in the primary synergy of pension insurance system among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province include establishing a unified pension insurance and remote settlement platform,taking a substantive step in the overall utilization of the pension insurance fund among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province,drawing lessons from the effective experience of the last takeover in the EU Social Security Act and so on.The corresponding suggestions summed up in the advanced synergy of pension insurance system among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province include the design of a scientific senior coordination scheme for the pension system among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province,and the phased in convergence of the pension insurance system among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province.The dissertation firstly clarifies the relationship between the economic integration and the integration of social security.Secondly,the dissertation analyzes how to realize the primary synergy of pension insurance system among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province from the perspective of social security system.Finally,the dissertation analyzes how to realize the advanced synergy of pension insurance system among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province from the perspective of the mutual interaction between economic integration and integration of pension insurance system.The dissertation proposes new theoretical explanation about the economic integration and the integration of social security,puts forward operable countermeasures and suggestions and thus it is helpful to promote the integration among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province as well as the integration of pension insurance system among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province.
