The Contemporary world,Tourism is one of the key drivers for socio-economic progress of the particular tourism resource country.Government's proper policies determine the success of the tourism industry,in order to maximize benefits and minimize negative impacts.Since Nepal is bestowed with abundant tourism resources and successive governments have been prioritizing tourism development since mid of 1950s,however yield from tourism industry unable to meet its expectation.The main purpose of this study was to diagnosis the existing tourism development,innovation and marketing policies pain points and suggest the foremost alternative solutions,it also aimed to construct a sought-on tourism innovation and marketing practice advancements of ICT driven technological savvy,which can be employable for Nepalese tourism development context.In addition,research also aimed to explore the Nepalese tourism development and growth possibilities in a real case evidence-based scenario.Dissertation thesis amplified the theoretical exploration and practical investigation of Nepalese tourism development spectrum from the major tourism stakeholders'perspectives.Study outcomes directly focused on the issues of Nepalese tourism development Constraints;through examining the inherent elements of policy factors,Market Factors,Knowledge Factors,Cost Factors and Institutional Factors.Objectives were achieved thru employed inductive qualitative case study research methodology.Research data were collected from multiple sources of evidence such as:field observation,focus group discussions,interviews with eminent respondents of Nepalese tourism sector,review of Tourism policies and plan documents and deployments of tourism market growth and tourism innovation theories in the real case scenario.Despite the dearth of existing literature relating this research focus,author maintained the systematic study to achieve the research goals,this attempt significantly contributed towards bridging the research gap narrowing down.The highlighted findings regarding Nepalese tourism development constraints can conclude that:long-lasting political instability and insurgency of the recent past,collaboration dysfunctionalhty among key stake-holders,myopic tourism development plans,shortage of finance,un-contextual tourism policies,shortage of skilled manpower,poor tourism infrastructures,dearth of aviation infrastructures,low degree of ICT readiness,exaggerated conception of tourism innovation,lack of scientific tourism marketing and promotional campaigns etc.Research findings also revealed that the tendency of ROI from tourism receipts slightly increments,However,the average return(growth)of the tourism yield on its decreasing graph;this contradicting result shows that government policy makers should revise the marketing and promotional strategies shifts from the mass tourism to quality(high-end)tourism segments.Given research also purposed forward ITDM(integrated tourism development Model)for Nepalese tourism development applicability based on research findings and deployment of prestigious Ansoff Market growth model and Abernathy&Clark Innovation theory.Dissertation thesis has been formatted seven chapters,with especial goal of accomplishment.Chapter one elaborated the general introduction,background,statement of the problems,objectives of the research,motivation of the research,overviews of the research and significance of choosing Nepal as a research sample.It also justified the scope of the public administration towards interrelationship and assimilation of tourism industry of the particular country.Chapter two interlinked,explored and review the relevant literature with the given research focus.Chapter three explained the overview of the Nepalese tourism industry s evolution,history,policies and institutionalizations.Chapter four synchronized the chapter three and analyzed the tourism possibilities,infrastructures and currents situation of Nepalese tourism based on evidences.Chapter five explained the introduction of research methodology and its interconnection with philosophical derivation,chapter five also explored the author conceptual understanding and outcome of the given research inquiry.Chapter six systematically elaborated main contains of the research data sampling,data presentation,data analysis,discussion and findings of the research questions.Chapter seven explained the brief summary of the entire research outcome and process,contribution of the research,significant recommendations,limitation of the research and avenues for future research.By summarizing of this study,it observed the comprehensive study of Nepalese tourism development spectrum which theoretically explored the extension of the knowledge which was previously noted the dearth of study in the issue of given research focus.Methodologically given research also explored the methodological protocol of tourism research from the public administration domain.In a practical approached given research examined the evidences based Nepalese tourism developmental constraints which somehow explored the LEDC countries characters and responses in the course of tourism development.
