development of economics,people pay more attention to food safety? and consumer's demand is also increasingly diversified,which present new challenges to agricultural products supply chain in China;At the circulation efficiency of agricultural products,reducing the circulation cost of agricultural products,and improving food safety regulatory through wholesale market of agricultural products.Therefore,the dominant position of wholesale market of agricultural products in agricultural products circulation system of China is unshakable for a long period of time.Based on domestic and overseas research status reviews,this paper demonstrates the theoretical basis of the existence of the wholesale market of agricultural products through the theoretical basis for the division of labor theory,transaction cost theory,scale economy theory,principal-agent theory,value chain theory;and points out that the agricultural products wholesale market as the dominant part of the supply chain of agricultural products has the outstanding functions of in price formation,information transmission,food safety supervision,environmental protection,cultivation of dealers,transaction environmental safety monitoring etc.These functions play a key role in perfecting agricultural products circulation system of China,promoting agricultural modernization and guaranteeing national food safety supply etc.This paper explains the wholesale market leading agricultural products supply chain is the main mode of agricultural products in China circulation.Based on this background,this paper puts forward the core idea that strengthening the construction of the wholesale market dominated supply chain of agricultural products is an important task of developing agricultural products circulation system in China in a new period.According to the basic situation of our country,the paper divides the agricultural products supply chain into the wholesale market dominated mode,the processing enterprises dominated mode,the logistics enterprises mode and supermarket dominated mode.This paper also analysis the applicable conditions of each mode of the supply chain,and draw the conclusion: the agricultural products supply chain leaded by the wholesale market of agricultural products is in a dominant position because of the family small-scale agricultural production mode,weak market contract consciousness,lagging logistics facilities and enterprises,and dispersivity of the consumption of agricultural products and other factors at this stage in China.Morever after years of development,the wholesale market has already formed the market network covering urban and rural areas,established the fair order of market transaction,and management of wholesalers is increasingly standardized.In the context of international competition,It is very important that agricultural products supply chain can improve the international competitiveness of agricultural products based on the “diamond model” analysis.Agricultural products supply chain in China is developing,however at the same time some problems have been exposed including low degree of organization,high operating costs,unreasonable layout,poor infrastructure,slow progress of information technology,and the imperfect laws and regulations.This paper takes the supply chains of agricultural products of four typical economies including Japan,South Korea,the European Union and the United States as research objects.and draw the conclusions : the wholesale market is dominant in the supply chain of agricultural products in Japan and South Korea;the wholesale market of agricultural products and other channels exist in the supply chain of agricultural products in the EU and the wholesale market plays an important role in the supply chain system of agricultural products.The majority of the wholesale market adhere to the principle of public welfare in EU;in the United States,direct sale is the main way of circulation of agricultural products due to the specialization,large-scale agricultural production and the highly developed retail industry,but the wholesale market of agricultural products is still an important supplement to the circulation of agricultural products.On this basis,we compared domestic and foreign supply chain of agricultural products from some aspects,such as production conditions,main players,management of product quality and safety,level of informatization,planning and design,public welfare construction and the legal policy,and then put forward the reference countermeasures for the construction of supply chain of agricultural products in our country.This paper draws on the concept of natural ecosystem,takes the ecological system of the supply chain of agricultural products as the research background,and analyses the process of dynamic evolutionary game of the supply chain of wholesale market dominated by the agricultural products,then we found the stability of the ecological system of the supply chain of the wholesale market dominated by agricultural products can promote the development of various groups;the development of various groups also promotes the stability of the ecosystem of supply chain of the agricultural products,which means that we should improve the scale of wholesale market of agricultural products and accelerate the construction of value network of circulation of agricultural products in order to promote the development of agricultural products circulation system.By researching the public welfare of the supply chain of agricultural products and analyzing from perspectives of improving the degree of organized production operators,the wholesale market infrastructure and the public welfare construction of agricultural products wholesale market,we found that the win-win partnership among the nodes of the agricultural supply chain,synergistic effect,and optimal allocation are the keys to rationally organize the supply chain of agricultural products and improve the competitiveness of agricultural products supply chain.Then this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for implementation.We can use the theory of mechanism design to formulate the policy of the supply chain of agricultural products.Based on the policy of the supply chain of agricultural products,this paper puts forward some improvement ideas for the supply chain of agricultural products dominated by the wholesale market in China from the ways,such as defining the characteristics of public welfare,scientifically planning,rationally designing,providing the funds for upgrading,promoting the development of scale,improving the industry Insurance and guarantee system of the supply chain of agricultural products,clearing the government's jurisdiction and responsibility,developing the law of the wholesale market of agricultural products and so on.
