This thesis primarily researches the tactics and implementation on upgrading the wholesale market of agricultural products. The agriculture which provides the bascial materials and living environment for us is the foundation of the national economy, for the reason of this, it is called"the primary industry". Agricultural products are the primary products of the agriculture, that is to say, they are the plant,animal and microorganism in the agriculture. Not only they are the necessity of the life, but also are the promotion of the continued growing of national economy. The wholesale market of agricultural products is the center in the agricultural products circulation, also is the primary channel in our country whose agricultural products are in the situation of"small-scale production to large scale circulation". The wholesale market of agricultural products is the bridge of the production and consumption, also is the primary channel and main force of organizing the agricultural goods and materials to exchange and the supply of agricultural products between the city and countryside. However, the wholesale market of agricultural products in our country is still in low level at the present stage, so the research on upgrading the wholesale market of agricultural products is a urgent and important task.This paper aims at the present situation of wholesale market of agricultural products in Sichuan Province, separately from the upgrading of function and the upgrading bridge of wholesale market of agricultural products in supply-chain view. It makes use of many interrelated theories and research methods, for example, the value chain of industry,the coordination of supply chain,transaction cost theory and so on. This paper firstly introduces the background and its significance and describles interrelated theories and research methods. Secondly, based on the investigation of the wholesale market of agricultural products in Sichuan Province, we analyze the problems and reasons of it, and promote the tactics and implementation on upgrading the wholesale market of agricultural products. And at last, we summary the important tactics and implementation through upgrading separately from the function of wholesale market of agricultural products and the information flow and physical distribution in supply chain view, which brings forward some advices for standard the construction and operation of wholesale market of agricultural products.
