The Knowledge Creation Ability Of Scientific And Technological Enterprise

Science and technology enterprises are the most dynamic economic entities in the national economy,whose ability to create knowledge have determined their innovation level,thereby fundamentally affect their power of sustainable development and overall international competitiveness.They have a incomparable influence on China's overall economic strength.By attaching great importance to the fundamental elements of the competitiveness of science and technology enterprises—knowledge creation and mining the general rule of such behavior,we can avoid the defects in the process of knowledge creation specifically and put forward countermeasures in accordance with elements and process,which has important significance for science and technology enterprises.In this thesis,the main objects are as follows:(1)Based on the vast range of reading,practical visits,data research,rational reasoning and summaries,we have defined several elemental concepts including knowledge,knowledge creation,knowledge creation ability,knowledge creation ability of science and technology enterprises.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the knowledge in science and technology enterprises in the aspects of exclusiveness,complexity and function,as well as the main behaviors of knowledge creation in knowledge output and dependence on learning.This paper expounds the main aspects of science and technology enterprises' knowledge creation process respectively from the initial stage and the core stage,thereby put forward knowledge & information retrieval,knowledge & information conduction,knowledge recognition,the role decision has played in the initial stage during science and technology enterprises' knowledge creation process,and the functions of knowledge learning,knowledge transformation and knowledge relation in the core stage.(2)Based on the full analysis of the process of knowledge creation,we have analyzed the knowledge creation ability of science and technology enterprises comprehensively from the supportiveness of knowledge field and the self-invention of knowledge workers,and demonstrated the theoretical basis of the decomposition of the knowledge creation ability of science and technology enterprises.This paper respectively analyses the function mechanism of both knowledge field's and self-invention's support to knowledge creation.Meanwhile,this paper analyses the influences in the knowledge creation ability of science and technology enterprises and its function,including continuous learning & learning ability,organization & corporate governance,the openness of knowledge field,and the information transfer function of exclusive knowledge field.(3)This paper demonstrates the formation mechanism of the knowledge creation ability of science and technology enterprises.In theory,we have also researched the formation mechanism of knowledge Ba supportiveness and knowledge workers' self-invention and discussed the influence factors and paths that facilitate their formation.Positively,this paper builds an interactive relationship model between knowledge Ba supportiveness,self-invention of knowledge workers and the knowledge creation ability of science and technology enterprises.The model of the acting path of relevant variables has been set up,the acting path of variables has been planned through structural equation,and several hypotheses on the relationship between variables have been verified.By using Bootstrap method we have researched the intermediate function of knowledge relation toward knowledge learning,knowledge transfer and knowledge creation.The existence of the interactive function between variables has been verified further,whereas the elemental function of knowledge relation toward the knowledge creation ability of science and technology enterprises has been proved.(4)This paper designs empowerment method set based on the G1,G2,entropy value method and deviation method.By adopting the Jaynes maximum entropy principle,the extent of consistency among the empowerment results is demonstrated.Based on the minimal difference principle of empowerment results,we have made a comprehensive evaluation of the knowledge creation ability of 20 science and technology enterprises in Heilongjiang province and analyzed the overall status of the knowledge creation ability of sample enterprises as well as the main reasons of the evaluation results.According to the research results,we have analyzed the appropriate path to improving knowledge creation ability.(5)Based on the research above,this paper holds the view that knowledge creation ability and dynamic competitiveness of enterprises must maintain the status of dynamic growth under intense competition.In order to strengthen the knowledge creation ability,enterprises should both frequently make comprehensive and objective evaluation of it,and find out its hindrance.Apart from that,suggestions of the improvement of enterprises' knowledge creation ability are made by this paper based on the internal perspective,the external perspective and the coordination and interaction between them.Concrete suggestions comprise: open the channels of the communication between enterprises and external environment;ensure the completely acceptance,learn,transfer and application of new knowledge and information in the internal,i.e.rapid internalization of external resources and factors and reconstruct knowledge system thereby make preparation for knowledge creation;strengthen corporate governance in order to provide guarantees for knowledge creation.Also,the improvement of external environment supports science and technology enterprises' knowledge creation.
