The Five ethnic minority autonomous regions,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region(built on May 1,1947),Xinxiang Uyghur Autonomous Region(built on October 1,1955),Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region(built on March 5,1958),Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region(built on October 25,1958),Tibet Autonomous Region(built on September 9,1965),belong to the western region of China,with a total area of nearly 445 square kilometers,accounting for 46.37% of China,with 15416 km border,15 bordering countries,nearly 105.4 million people live here.Since China's reform and opening up,"Western Development" and "One Belt and One Road" strategy were implemented,the five ethnic minority autonomous regions develop rapidly.However,in recent years,it is hard to cover between five ethnic minority autonomous regions and central-eastern regions of long-standing gap at the speed of development.Most of the five ethnic minority autonomous regions belong to the frontier that economy is relatively backward,coupled with the traditional culture,geography,history,policy,and a series of factors,the five ethnic autonomous regions the pace of the market economy has been developed slowly.It has the big gap between ethnic minority autonomous regions and central-eastern regions,narrow the gap of regions and raise the level of the region's economy has become the key to the development of the five ethnic autonomous regions,especially after the RMB to join the SDR,international and domestic challenges will become increasingly fierce competition,the marketization level directly determine the overall operation of the five ethnic autonomous regions economy,directly influence the growth and development of the five ethnic autonomous regions.China's economic has entered to a "New Normal",the focus of national economic development are the adjustment of industrial structure and the reform of the supply-side,which are the problem of five ethnic autonomous regions at the long-term.Based on the experience of developed regions indicates that the improvement of market elements will accelerate the efficient flow of capital and improve the industry competition,to improve supply quality and optimizing the industrial structure.The third plenary session of the 18 puts forward the "let the market play a decisive role in the resource configuration".Therefore,how are the five ethnic autonomous regions combining with the characteristics of regional history and culture,promote the marketization level,optimize the industrial organization and reform the supply-side.It's worth to further study.Improve the level of marketization of the five ethnic autonomous regions,it is necessary to grasp the market situation at the local,and analyze the constraint problems of market development,to puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.From the previous studies,although many scholars have market-oriented studied and achievements,but most of the research objects are the country or a province and establish the corresponding index system to measure the degree of marketization.It is lack of studies under the five ethnic autonomous regions.Due to the particularity,when we research on the marketization of the five national minority autonomous regions,not only measure through macro and micro analysis,but also analysis development of marketization of restricting factors from the perspective of the history at the long-term,to find the developing problems of marketization of the five ethnic autonomous regions and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The paper used the idea,position and method of national economics as a guide,based on the theory of socialist market economy,and drew lessons from the theories and methods of western market economy.In concrete analysis,Combining empirical analysis with normative analysis,qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,static analysis with dynamic analysis,and Macro analysis with micro analysis,study on the market development of the five ethnic autonomous regions systematically.In the research method,the author pays attention to the combination of theory and practice.At the same time not only attach importance to theory and logical reasoning but also take the survey data seriously.This paper mainly consists of seven parts;the first part is the introduction including research background,research purpose,research significance,research literature,research methods,technology roadmap,research conclusions and innovation points.The second part is the first chapter,introduces the definition,theory,and Author's opinion about marketing,this part Provides the theoretical support for the article.The third part is the second chapter,Carding the economic development history of the five ethnic autonomous regions,describing the economic development process of the five ethnic autonomous regions,analysis adverse factors of traditional culture and national policy in history.The fourth part is the third chapter,measuring the marketization level of the five ethnic autonomous regions,through establishing the market index system,comparing with the eastern,middle and western provinces of China,and ranking the importance of factors.Then analysis the current market situation and the development focus of next step.The fifth part is the fourth chapter,analysing of the company's market development situation by field research.The sixth part is the fifth chapter and sixth chapter,Summaring the problems in the process of the market development of the five minority autonomous regions,and point out the cause of the problem.At last,the paper puts forward the concrete idea for market developping:To speed up the construction of the marketing system of the five ethnic autonomous regions;Mining cultural advantages,breaking the shackles of traditional ideas;Coordinating the development of the East and West;maintaining the market order.;Improve the market competition mechanism,adjust the economic structure;improve the level of economic openness in the region;correctly handle the relationship between the government and the marketThe market development in the five minority autonomous regions can accelerate the transformation of enterprises,promote the transformation of government functions,and create conditions for cultural development,economic development and people's entrepreneurship.The development of the market has promoted the development of culture,and it is conducive to the protection of cultural industries.The way to realizing common development of economic and culture not only provides a reference for the western region but also provide constructive comments for stimulate economic hot spots in China.
