Mongolian Herdsman Households Living Standards Influencing Factors

Herding has been the main base of country's economy and the main source of human living.Mongolian's herding is herd in a way of endangered way and herds are fed by a large variety of grass and plants they absorb in their foods with them.Herding branch becomes the main source to provide the population with food and light industry.The refore 30 percent of total adult population and 346.6 thousand people are working in this branch.So herding takes the leading position in Mongolian economy until now.Country's economic situation depends on herding development and flourishmentin a certain way as it becomes the important branch of mongolian's economy.In recent year mining in industrialization has been developing in Mongolia and percent of Cross Domestic Products has been increasing.Related to this it is estimated that persent of herding production,s gross domestic products is decreasing but it never worsen the significiance of herding production.Herders are people who is responsible for herding production.Methods herding and form of labor organization have been with many defferent form depending on situation of current economy,government policy and decision Mongolia transferred form Centrally planned economy to market economy.Cooperatives in centrally planned economy were into low incoming companies and number of herdsmen family increased until blizzard years,2000-2003 because of privatization of herdsmen worsered rules to work with state monitoring becomes abnormal and herdsmen began to nomadize arbitrarily and used pactures freely.In other words herding industry becomes vulnerable branch which can't maintain risks related to global warming and weather change.Thousands of herdsmen family who lost their livestock in Zud has no ability of living.Because of it they moved to urban countries and it tends to continue.Based on this situation there has been defferent concept and waitings.The most popular concept is predominated impression which means nomads with forever keep nomadic life culture and customs in their motherland.Also there are people who believe pasture livestock is outdated,left out of modern economic situation,runs for not constantly and condition vulnerable income,so this guides herdsmen to poverty.Therefore there are some people who believe that this branch is possible to intensity it in a shortand increase scope of production service and its amount of marketing herdsmen's income and develop it into modern livestock branch.In this study conditions of household living and revenue cost analysis how to implement measure about improving their family income that consistent Mongolian population living level.We took this study with form interview application about social welfare survey household's revenue cost and by collected method choose 146 household's of Khuvsgul aimag Tumurbulag soum,Darkhan-Uul aimag Khongor soum and Orkhon soum.Also it is compared with reading studying report and material about Mongolian grazing cattle-breeding that apart from used information's of national statistic center ongoing cattle breeding project,report of program.In sample of studying work it's completed following sequence that illustrated introduction 6 chapters used material and bibliography.1-st:It's based on information amount indicators apart from studying methodology,consider population living lower level including Mongolian grazing cattle-breeding,to run this economy and their living distinction.2-nd:It is researched about household's living level,condition of cattle-breeding,distinction of places and present Mongolian grazing cattle-breeding situation.3-rd:In this study we condition of in cattle-breeding living level and revenue cost that we intended to identify main factors affecting in living and to see their living level's general condition.4-th:We were looking for ways and means discussing result that studying research,and special feature affecting in cattle-breeding living.In studying result herdsmen are managing for grazing cattle-breeding and to their capital assets according to number of livestock and last year their living level has been improved.Herdsman livestock income wool,cashmere income,sale of livestock income and hides,and a lower proportion of dairy income,which is directly related to the government wool subsidies and minimum price;herdsman living consumption expenditure than significant.Although number of livestock will be on the increase to result from weather condition and it's put seriously that decline of meadows and pastures,water problem and supply such as it's risky to improve household living by growth cattle number and to use a correct of positive factor influencing in this work.So we're included advice and general conclusion about manage cattle-breeding.
