With the rapid development of the Internet,the network has become the primary position of public opinion communication and diffusion,and Microblog is the command center of this position.According to the statistics of network public opinion reports,Microblog has become the communication platform of the vast majority of network public opinion.As one of the most We-Media platforms,Microblog users have the characteristics of civilian,unorganized and haphazard.In the context of network public opinion,the information behavior of Microblog users also has the characteristics of arbitrary,reckless and vulnerability.In this regard,it is of great theoretical significance to explore the mechanism of Microblog users' participation behavior for the research of user information behavior theory,and also of great practical significance for the research of Microblog users' information behavior fitting and information behavior targeting guidance application.A large number of tools,such as natural language processing,semantic recognition,machine learning,are needed to study the behavior fitting of Microblog public opinion audience.At present,natural language processing,semantic recognition,machine learning and other tools have been developed.For example,the research of convolutional neural network,recurrent neural network,support vector machine,Bayesian network and other tools has been improved with high precision.In the project implementation,python open-source machine learning framework Tensorflow,Java open-source NLP toolkit,Jieba,etc.can be effectively used in the process of network public opinion audience participating behavior fitting on the premise of integration and optimization,which provides the possibility for its technical implementation.The purpose of this thesis is to explore the formation mechanism of information behavior.Based on Information Science,information behavior science,computer science and other disciplines,this paper applies information theory,synergism,natural language processing algorithm,semantic recognition algorithm and other theories and tools to comprehensively analyze the formation mechanism of Microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior and build a Microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior fitting model group,built a framework bridge from Microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior fitting model group to microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior targeting guidance model group,and finally targeted guidance for specific Microblog public opinion audience to face specific Microblog public opinion events.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly expounds the purpose and significance of Microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior research,review the current situation of network public opinion research,information behavior research,behavior fitting research and target guidance research,finds out that the key theories are the support of this research,and the research deficiencies are the focus of this research.Then analyzes the research methods and technology roadmap.Finally,summarizes innovation of this research.The second chapter is related theories and tools research.This thesis introduces the network public opinion related theories,information behavior related theories,information theory,synergetic and some machine learning algorithms in turn.Based on the above theories and algorithms,this thesis analyzes its application value and application approach in this paper.The third chapter defines the audience's participation behavior of Microblog public opinion information,and reconstructs the concept of Microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior,which is divided into participation behavior preference,participation behavior attribute and participation behavior motion.Furthermore,the results of participation behavior are divided into anomie behavior,routine behavior and positive behavior.On the basis of the definition of the concept in this chapter,it lays the foundation for the formation mechanism of the participation behavior and the fitting of the participation behavior in the following chapters.The fourth chapter is the element analysis and formation mechanism of Microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior.Based on the classic information behavior model,this chapter divides the Microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior into three categories: Microblog public opinion audience subject,Microblog public opinion event and Microblog public opinion information audience stimulus.According to the interaction results of the three elements,six kinds of mechanisms are proposed: knowledge accumulation mechanism,habit formation mechanism,preference formation mechanism,stimulation formation mechanism,information selection mechanism and behavior triggering mechanism.It provides a theoretical support for the subsequent participation behavior fitting.The fifth chapter is the fitting model group of Microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior.Based on the mechanism of Microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior mentioned above,this paper constructs the leading construction model,semantic recognition model,user portrait model,situational perception model and participation behavior fitting model according to the fitting process on the basis of comprehensive analysis of participation behavior fitting.Explained the Microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior fitting operation law and model realization.The sixth chapter is the Target guidance integration framework based on Microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior fitting.This chapter is the transitional chapter between chapter five and chapter seven,and also the data interface chapter connecting Microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior fitting and Microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior target guidance.In this chapter,through the construction of the Microblog public opinion information audience strategy matching module,Microblog public opinion event strategy matching module and Microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior strategy matching module,it elaborates how Microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior fitting model is applied to microlog public opinion information audience's participation behavior target guidance model.The seventh chapter is the targeted guidance model group of Microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior.Based on the above,this chapter uses decision tree model,Bayesian network model and three-dimensional spatial model to build the targeted guidance model group of Microblog public opinion audience,and realizes the targeted guidance of Microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior from the technical means.The eighth chapter is the guidance strategy of Microblog public opinion information audience's participation behavior.According to the conclusion of the target guidance model,this chapter puts forward specific guidance measures according to the three aspects of Microblog public opinion audience,Microblog public opinion events and Microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior,so as to achieve the target guidance of Microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior.The ninth chapter is the empirical research on Microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior fitting and target guidance.This chapter mainly aiming at the semantic recognition model proposed in the fifth chapter,decision tree model and Bayesian network model proposed in the seventh chapter.Using the Microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior fitting model and Microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior targeting guidance model to "Li Xincao drowning" event as the research object,empirical research is carried out to determine the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.Chapter ten is summarizes and prospects.This chapter summarizes the research results of this thesis,analyzes the shortcomings of the research,and puts forward the direction of future research.Microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior fitting and target guidance is an integral part of Microblog public opinion governance.Through a series of mathematical models and a line of computer code,Microblog public opinion audience's participation behavior fitting and target guidance can be changed from theory to realization,from manual to automatic.The related research provides new ideas and methods for Microblog public opinion audience's participate in behavior.
