In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology and the popularity of computer equipment,people's work and life have been closely related to computer software.Human-computer interface as an interface of people using computer software and product service,the advantages and disadvantages of its design will directly affect people's work efficiency and convenience.In particular,user groups with low-capability represented by elderly users are more affected by the interface design because they have lower acceptance and comprehension for human-computer interface.With more and more users with reduced capabilities touch and use digital products,it is urgent to improve the inclusiveness of human-computer interface and expand the reachable user groups,so as to make the interface have good usability for these user groups.Designing high-inclusive interface is currently facing the dilemma of large demand,difficult design and low efficiency.Well-designed interactive interfaces often rely on the experience and creativity of the developer,as well as a large number of comparative tests and iterative optimization.However,computer equipment and software are numerous,and many developers usually lack the experience and abilities of human-computer interface design.For the user groups with low-capability,developers are even more lacking in extra energy and corresponding abilities to design high-inclusive interface for them.Domestic and foreign researchers have done some research on the inclusive design of human-computer interface.Their research perspectives mainly include the inclusive design methods and design flow of human-computer interface,the design and development of inclusive interface for specific user groups,as well as the guiding principles related to the inclusive design goals.The existing researches lack systematic research on the evaluation indicators,evaluation methods and optimization methods for the inclusiveness of human-computer interface.In order to assist developers in decision-making and optimization of design schemes so as to improve their efficiency,it is urgent to establish systematic inclusive evaluation indicators,evaluation methods and optimization design methods for developers.In response to the above-mentioned urgent problems,this paper proposes the evaluation indicators and calculation methods for the inclusiveness of human-computer interface,proposes the extraction method for the influencing factors of the interface's inclusiveness,analyzes the design patterns of the interface that affect the inclusiveness,and proposes the optimization design method of the high-inclusive interface based on the knowledge graph.The theories and methods proposed in this paper are applied in multiple scenarios to form a complete set of evaluation and optimization design methods for inclusiveness-oriented human-computer interface.The main works and contributions of this thesis are summarized as follows:(1)In view of the lack of systematic and quantifiable evaluation methods for the interface's inclusiveness,an evaluation method based on usability-user capability function is proposed.Specifically,firstly,two evaluation indicators including the tolerance degree of user capability(TDDUC)and inclusive mean of usability(IMU)for the interface's inclusiveness are proposed.Furthermore,a linear model of usability-user capability function is presented,and an analysis method for the interface's inclusiveness based on the usability-user capability map is presented.Finally,a quantifiable computing model is proposed which could be used to calculate and evaluate the interface's inclusiveness based on the linear model of usability-user capability function,and the validity of the above-mentioned quantitative evaluation method is verified by experiment.The proposed evaluation indicators,calculation model,interpretive analysis method and computational evaluation method form a systematic evaluation method for human-computer interface,which can effectively assist design developers in comparing and evaluating the inclusiveness of human-computer interface.(2)In view of the lack of methods to match the interface's design features to inclusive principles,and the need for specific design patterns to improve interface's inclusiveness,this study proposes a method for extracting the influencing factors of interface's inclusiveness based on fine-grained measurement analysis of cognitive load.Specifically,the sources of cognitive load and the correlations between cognitive load and inclusiveness in the process of human-computer interaction are analyzed.Interactive interfaces of several common application areas including knowledge service websites,functional indication panels and smart products are studied.The interactive interface of the China Intangible Cultural Heritage Website,the interactive interface of the CNC machine control panel,and the interactive interface of smart television are selected for experimental research.The design features of human-computer interface that affect inclusiveness are mined based on the fine-grained measurement analysis of cognitive load,the general design patterns to improve interface's inclusiveness are summarized,thus to effectively help technology developers and designers optimize human-computer interface,and improve the interface's inclusiveness.(3)In view of the lack of effective optimization design methods to help developers simplify the design process of high-inclusive human-computer interface,and thereby achieve a significant improvement of interface's inclusiveness,an optimization design method of high-inclusive interface based on knowledge graph is proposed.For knowledge service website's interface with large paragraphs of text and tables,knowledge extraction method based on domain ontology and natural language processing is studied,and a visualization method based on knowledge graph is presented.Experimental verifications are carried out with specific application scenarios of knowledge service website,the application of optimization design method for high-inclusive interface based on knowledge graph is showed.The optimization design method of high-inclusive human-computer interface based on knowledge graph provides an effective optimization method for the design and development of knowledge service website's interface,so as to reduce the burden of interactive interface's developers.
