The technology of RP is a new advanced manufacturing technology developed in the late of 1980s, considered to be a major breakthrough nearly 20 years of manufacturing technology, and has very significant and far reaching impact to the manufacturing sector.FDM Rapid Prototyping is the process of the fastest growing one. Currently, it has become a hot research of rapid prototyping technology. As we all know, software is the soul of the RP system. FDM control forming software is installed randomly but not general in the domestic and foreign.This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign FDM control software and human machine interface design and evaluation of the status quo, with A Company B software for the study, through questionnaires to find out A's B software problems, human computer interface design using control theory forming FDM Software B to optimize the design. In order to optimize the software before making the fine, man machine interface based on the principle of building a gold rating on the FDM machine interface control shape evaluation system software, application level analysis to determine the weight of the various indicators in order to achieve shape control software on the FDM qualitative and quantitative evaluation of scientific and reasonable hope of our FDM control software design and development of human machine interface to provide evaluation of the basis to attract everyone FDM man machine interface control software design and development attention. Finally, through simulation tests to demonstrate this control of the building forming the FDM machine interface software evaluation system is a scientific, impartial, objective and effective.
