With the rapid development of wireless communication technologies and mobile communication applications, the demand for spectrum resources is increasing. In order to improve the utilization of licensed spectrum, the concept of cognitive radio(CR)needs to come out.Cooperative spectrum sensing and resource allocation are the core technologies in the field of cognitive radio technology, and a great deal of research has been done so far.Among them, the model of spectrum sensing and resource allocation based on coalitional game receives extensive attention. However, the optimization objective of most of the existing literature is to improve the global throughput of the network while ignoring the fairness of resource allocation, resulting in unfair resource allocation and even possible individual secondary user(SU)occupies idle spectrum for a long time.In order to improve the efficiency of allocating spectrum resources and balance the fairness of resource allocation, this thesis establishes a spectrum sensing and resource allocation model based on reputation values and overlapping coalition games. The model introduces the reputation mechanism into the overlapping coalition game model and is used to design the allocation rules of the spectrum resources in the alliance so that the secondary users' benefits are closely related to their own reputation values,so as to reduce the malicious behavior and selfish behavior of the secondary users. On this basis, this thesis proposes a reputation-based overlapping coalition formation(R-OCF)algorithm.The simulation results show that the resource allocation efficiency of R-OCF algorithm is higher.Compared with the OCF algorithm without reputation mechanism, the overall effective throughput of R-OCF algorithm increases by 4.9% ~ 5.3%.Compared with the R-DCF algorithm based on reputation value, the global effective throughput increased 81.5% ~ 89.2%.At the same time, the resource allocation of R-OCF algorithm is fairer. In the same network, the gain of high reputation users is much higher than that of low reputation users.
