With the rapid development of mobile Internet and Internet of Things, the lack of spectrum resources and low utilization rate has seriously affected the development of communication technology. How to allocate and make full use of spectrum resources reasonably is one of the important means to solve the explosion of data volume in today's network.Based on the above problems, the idea of Cognitive Radio(CR)arises at the historic moment.Spectrum sensing is the key technology of cognitive radio, which determines whether the primary user exists, and it is directly related to the throughput of the network. Therefore,we mainly study the problem of resource allocation based on spectrum sensing. In Chapter 2,firstly it introduces the origin and definition of cognitive radio.Secondly, introduces the key technologies of cognitive radio spectrum sensing and spectrum access technology. Finally,it introduces the key problems of single node spectrum sensing and multinode cooperative spectrum sensing technology and the advantages and disadvantages of each method. In Chapter 3,the frequency domain and time domain resource allocation in cognitive wireless networks are studied based on the single node spectrum sensing technology. The user diversity in spectrum sensing performance is considered, the spectrum bandwidth resources and the time domain resources for spectrum perception of each secondary user are optimized and allocated according to the different false alarm probability of the secondary users. Therefore,an optimal resource allocation algorithm for non-cooperative games is proposed and proves the existence of Nash equilibrium points. The game algorithm can reduce the false alarm probability between the secondary users to obtain more bandwidth,to improve spectrum utilization. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme has great advantages in the throughput of the cognitive radio network. In Chapter 4,the throughput optimization of cognitive radio networks in the cooperative spectrum sensing mode is discussed, combining with the energy capture technology.Capture based on the user diversity in energy harvesting efficiency, spectrum sensing performance, and data quality-of-service requirement, secondary users to maximize the network throughput as the goal,we optimize the harvesting-sensing-transmission tradeoff. At the same time,a greedy algorithm based on throughput sorting is proposed to realize multi-spectral sensing user selection, and the time-domain resource optimization is finally realized by transforming the original non-convex optimization problem into an equivalent convex optimization problem. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme has great advantages in the throughput of cognitive radio network.
