In the past 20 years,great changes have taken place in China's education,and education evaluation reform is facing new opportunities and challenges.Core literacy has become the vane and keynote of curriculum reform in countries around the world,and core literacy points out the direction for subject teaching and evaluation.Visual arts literacy is a branch of core literacy.The development of art courses based on visual arts literacy needs to explore a new evaluation model in the 21 st century represented by "expressive evaluation".Based on the perspective of visual arts literacy in the 21 st century,this paper discusses the strategies and methods of art learning and evaluation in primary and secondary schools in China.The structure of this paper is designed into 8 chapters.The summary of the chapters is as follows:Prologue part of primary and secondary schools in China put forward with the combination of global background art learning evaluation of opportunities and challenges,from the evaluation content,evaluation method,evaluation criteria,evaluation process and evaluation function point of view,this paper discusses the research at the core of the problem,according to the core purpose of this study further discusses the significance and value of studying art learning evaluation,finally from multiple perspectives on "learning evaluation of fine arts" and other relevant concepts defined.The first chapter mainly discusses the new development direction of art learning and evaluation in order to improve students' visual arts quality in the 21 st century.Firstly,the concept of literacy is defined.Secondly,it explains the visual arts literacy,points out the concept,connotation and evaluation of visual arts literacy.Then,it discusses the demand for talents in the 21 st century,and explores the core qualities of the future citizens.Finally,it proves that art learning evaluation is a way for students to obtain the 21 st century visual arts literacy and help students improve their art ability in many aspects.The second chapter mainly discusses the study of art learning evaluation theory in primary and secondary schools based on visual arts literacy,which is divided into two parts.First of all,from the perspective of quantitative analysis,combing the domestic and international primary and secondary school art learning evaluation of journals,Thurber papers and professional books,from the perspective of qualitative combed the domestic and international conference on art,the discussion of learning evaluation and research project since the 20-30 s of the 20 th century are analyzed about art learning ability evaluation method of research projects.Secondly,this paper discusses the influence of constructivism,multi-intelligence and postmodernism on art learning evaluation in western modern and contemporary education theories.Chapter three mainly discusses the current situation of art learning evaluation in primary and secondary schools from multiple perspectives.First of all,it reflects the reform strategy of Chinese fine arts evaluation from relevant policies and decrees.Secondly,from the beginning of the 20 th century to the new century,this paper reviews the reform of student evaluation in art curriculum standards and compares the changes of art curriculum standards under different backgrounds.Then,the evaluation of each version of art textbooks in primary and secondary schools were sorted out,analyzed and compared.Finally,by observing the art classroom and teaching video,according to different learning areas,the evaluation of art teaching in primary and secondary schools is analyzed,and the evaluation of art learning in the classroom is summarized.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the art learning evaluation present situation research,primary and middle school students in the basic understanding of the art learning evaluation,interest preference and evaluation view,has carried on the interview to teachers,from the understanding of art learning evaluation purpose,execution of attitude,the attitude of the training three aspects has carried on the discussion and analysis,to grasp the learning evaluation in the fine arts classroom teaching present situation,existing problems and the subjective and objective reasons behind.Chapter five discusses the construction of art learning evaluation model.Firstly,it analyzes the types and basic principles of art learning evaluation.Secondly,based on the 21 st century visual arts literacy art performance evaluation strategy,combined with specific cases,analysis of nine art performance evaluation methods.Then,it discusses 7 kinds of traditional paper and pen evaluation methods of fine arts,and demonstrates them with specific evaluation cases.Finally,the evaluation criteria and scoring strategies of art learning are discussed,and the evaluation list of art learning and various scoring methods are illustrated.The sixth chapter mainly discusses the standard-based assessment of students 'art academic quality.Firstly,it discusses the research background of academic evaluation and the rise of school reform movement based on standards.Secondly,NAEP from the United States and NEMP from New Zealand are taken as examples to analyze the international experience of art academic achievement evaluation,and make an international comparison of art academic evaluation in the three countries to summarize their characteristics.Finally,under the leadership of the team of teachers,the author developed the standards-based art academic achievement evaluation of students in China,made a detailed analysis of the evaluation theory and method,overall situation,question preparation and sample analysis,and summarized the evaluation results and future research direction.The last chapter mainly discusses the development trend of art learning evaluation in the era of big data,and proposes the vision of art learning evaluation based on the visual arts literacy of the 21 st century,as well as the opportunities and challenges brought by the evaluation reform.Secondly,it summarizes the current research results and limitations,discusses the future research direction and new thinking.The innovation of the paper is shown in the following aspects:This study discusses a new direction of learning evaluation in the 21 st century: based on visual arts literacy,it explores a new evaluation model represented by expressive evaluation,and discusses the flexible application of traditional paper and pen evaluation strategies in art learning.Through the comprehensive analysis of the fine arts teaching present situation,combining with the international academic evaluation experience,tried based on visual art accomplishment of the development of primary and secondary school art literacy assessment tools,detailed elaborated the working thoughts and practice,using the method of performance assessment,evaluation of student's visual thinking,creativity,expressive force and critical ability,in the field of art learning evaluation is a new attempt,in the evaluation to promote students to learn better.
