For a long time, in the traditional thought political lesson teaching in the process of students’ academic evaluation, there are many problems:first, the evaluation main body is single, for a student’s academic level evaluation are almost all the teachers as the only evaluation subject, become the teacher is absolutely judge, and students always in a negative and passive position, showing the main "dislocation"; Secondly, evaluation content is based on the theoretical knowledge as the main evaluation content of students’ academic evaluation, the thought political lesson belong to the "moral education" courses, open the purpose of this course is to promote students to realize the knowledge and ability, method and process, the unity of the life attitude and life values, etc; Moreover, evaluation standard is to emphasize commonality and the general trend of the evaluation standard of students’ academic evaluation, excessively emphasizes the unity, neglected the student personality development and the differences between individuals; Finally, the evaluation purpose is to evaluate student academic assessment and evaluation, some teachers in understanding the function and purpose of academic assessment is too narrow, artificially link evaluation and the university entrance exam and with a special focus on the relationship between the two, what is more, academic evaluation is completely imitate the university entrance exam. Traditional static evaluation of students’ academic evaluation, one-time evaluation, no real organic combination of evaluation and teaching process, especially ignored the thinking ability of students, the formation process of discovery, analysis, problem solving skills, and eventually lead to interesting learning process into rigid memory process.Since the mid-1980-s, in order to adapt to development of quality education, our country high school thought political lesson student academic assessment and examination conducted a series of reforms. This article explicitly proposed the thought political lesson teaching high school students under the new curriculum value orientation of academic assessment is:the diversity of students’ academic evaluation, attaches great importance to the students in the academic evaluation main body status and role in the process of establishing students, teachers and parents, and other main body together, communicate with each other, interaction, coordination of overall diversification of comprehensive evaluation of such an evaluation system; The diversity of students’ academic evaluation content, with a more positive and more objective, from different perspective to observe students, understand students, so as to evaluate students. See their markers, and the achievements are fully affirmation, so that all students can have a good confidence, can grow healthy; Students’ academic evaluation method diversification, according to the content and purpose of evaluation, the actual situation of students and teachers, and other factors combined with using different ways of evaluation. Not only attaches importance to in recent years the rise of new evaluation scheme, such as growth record bag, ignores the observation, operation, testing, and conversation and so on the importance of the traditional evaluation model; Student diversity of the function and purpose of academic assessment, clear the function and purpose of students’ academic evaluation, comprehensive understanding students’ academic evaluation of multiple value, the function of the balanced development of students’ academic evaluation, students’ academic evaluation in the concept of new curriculum aims to further stimulate the students’ healthy growth and development in life, too dependent on correct academic evaluation selection function, ignore the improvement with the condition of the incentive function, outstanding academic assessment for the development of sexual function. Finally the author mentioned the thought political lesson teaching high school students under the new curriculum of academic assessment two "shi"(aging and pragmatic), play a role of the evaluation from the true sense.To sum up, correct and comprehensive evaluate students’ academic overall effective implementation of the new curriculum is the core, is the key of the implementation of quality education concept, build the new students’ academic evaluation system is conducive to promoting the development of students better.
