| Shadow-boxing,based on Tai-chi,is also an essentially a kind of fighting skill.Because of its theory,concepts and techniques are misunderstood by people;this kind of fighting technique seems a little “out of practice.” Based on this,reflecting on tradition,changing ideas,re-examine,establish a new concept of shadow-boxing came into our brain.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,logic analysis,history,field investigation,taking the principle of shadow-boxing as the object of study,combing and summing up the principle of shadow-boxing’s actual combating.Shadow-boxing can be defined as: the two people are rivals,using the principles and techniques of TaiJi-boxing;Judging the strength of the other side,attack and defense methods and intentions through the touching of skin;using the most effective method,in the shortest space,with the fastest speed;comprehensive use of kicking,playing,throwing,taking,pushing and other techniques so as to winning opponent.There are differences between shadow-boxing and Western Style Fighting lies in: first,the philosophy is different,the Western fighting technique stresses the contradiction opposition,and the shadow-boxing embodies the contradictory unity law.There are differences in the form of movement and the concept of actual combating.Shadow-boxing has determine the changes of the strength of opponents by touch with auditory and visual,the opponent’s tactics,“listen to the physical latent force.” The purpose is to understand and grasp the true situation of enemy.The audio-visual method and contact listening method are two methods are used to “listen to the physical latent force”.There are two main aspects of the role.The first is to find the best time;second is to find the optimal distance for attacking;knowing the opponent’s body gravity,determine the route and tactics in the combating.On the basis of “listening the physical latent force”,it is accomplished by “knowing the physical latent force”.it includes two meanings from the inside and outside.The inner refers to the law of the changes of yin and yang.On the other hand,starting from “source of strength”,“parting of strength” and “point of strength” In actual,we can win the opponent under the condition of accurately grasping the real situation of the opponent.The core contents of training include: action,posture-routine,physical latent force,skill and actual combat.“Movement” refers to the action;action is the different from the same martial arts.The physical latent force training is the key point of training and also an important means to improve the actual combat level.The main methods of training are “sticky strength training”,“listening physical latent force training”,consumption training and “comprehensive strength training”.Posture-routine refers to the ability to play combat technology effectively.The“skills-training”mainly contains two meanings: first,it refers to the movement and the training of its own skill;secondly,it refers to the ability to fight against oneself. |
