China and Thailand are friendly neighbors.With the gradual deepening of China ASEAN cooperation,Thailand trade increased year by year,and China is an important source of tourists in Thailand.Thailand and areas of cooperation will be more in-depth,so more and more international talents are needed.Students in China and Thailand government every year to exchange a certain scale,more and more students to study in Thailand.In recent years,the number of students coming to China in Thailand is less than that of Korea and the United States,ranking the third place.With the increasing scale of the foreign students coming to China in Thailand,the employment and direction after graduation is an important issue to be considered.Most of the international talents with professional knowledge should be closely related to the economic and cultural developme nt of the studying countries,and the employment and development status of the overseas students in Thailand is the key content of the research.This paper hopes to study the employment development of overseas students in Thailand,and analyze the influencing factors of employment and the influencing factors of career orientation in Thailand.In depth analysis of the employment dynamics of Thailand students in China and the influencing factors,we can formulate strategies for Thailand to study in China better,and provide more services for overseas students.In this paper,firstly,we have reviewed the history and currents ituation of the Thailand based international students and employment trends,and using the method of literature,analysis of the preparation methods of interview and questionnaire.It provides the research direction for the foreign students in Thailand to choose their career and influence the employment.According to the survey results,we have conducted a preliminary analysis,and analyzed the reliability and validity analysis on the question naire and survey results.Finally,it explores the expectation of Thailand st udents coming to China for the development of employment,and the choice of employment and the influence of employment leading factors and the formation of employment competitiveness.In this paper,We used two months' interviews and interviews were conducted among the overseas students studying in Thailand.There were 56 interviews,31 of whom were women and 25 of them were men.The survey was divided into two groups.One group was 32 who graduated from work,The other group is about to graduate of 24 people.The study shows that there are three main directions in the graduation intention of the students from Thailand to China:to return to China,to continue to stay in China and to transfer to other countries.Thailand personnel who are studying in China are relatively fond of returning to employment and development.They hope to be employed in government agencies or units especially.39 of people expressed the first intention,accounting for 69.6%.Learned from the professional and employment level,for professional counterparts in the interview results found that of 32 people employed,but the interviewee think wrong between professional and employment export is acceptable.As long as they have basic knowledge and learning ability,they can be competent for their own work.In terms of language needs,26 of the respondents had experience in other countries,in addition to studying abroad in China.From the salary of employment and the opportun ity of employment development,32 of the people in the employment are the first to pay more attention to the salary,followed by the welfare,furt hermore,it is the location of the employment environment and other aspe cts,and the discovery of a good colleague relationship is also one of the source of the power of the work.In planning for the future development of the employment,the interviewee think we need to continue training and occupation,and may wish to have further advanced learning opportunities,and the unemployed believe it will be the first to obtain employment need occupation experience was important,but there is not too much thinking about vocational training and future career promotion.When talking about whether foreign information is needed to assist in employment,most of the interviewees believe that there will be the best if relevant institutions or schools can provide information about their development or caree r development.Secondly,based on the findings of the survey,we will focus on the basic situation of employer,and the ability of employment.The influence of Chinese knowledge background on employment,and the influencing factors of employment and future career envelopment especially.The research project first designs the contents of research objectives and resear ch outline.The questionnaire is mainly carried out in six dimensions.5 pairs of mutually verified questions and 6 multiple topics were used as ex ploratory questions to understand the specific factors.Then in the investig ation and implementation stage,a total of 200 valid questionnaires were collected and collected to investigate the credibility of the samples,which had certain reliability.The questionnaire shows that the basic situation of the employer's family situation and the channel of studying abroad will af fect the direction and development of the employment.The relationship between the major and the employment is not very strong,and the compet itive advantage of the job hunting for the future is not very significant.Thailand students who know Chinese may be more inclined to engage in relevant work with Chinese related units in the future.And the level of the Chinese language has a direct and significant correlation with the busin ess in the Chinese language.The most important factor affecting employm ent is the salary income and the future development space.Thailand stude nts studying in China usually participate in employment activities in China,but most of them cannot get better employment development in China because of nationalities,laws and diplomas.The results of the data of the questionnaire was sorted from high to low by the "critical ratio"(CR method)method.The top 27%subjec ts were divided into a high score group,and the score of the first 27%was a low group.The average number of scores of the high and low dat a groups on the whole is tested differently.The overall CR value reached a significant level,which indicates that the sample has a better ability to identify.There is a close logical relationship between learning Chinese time and learning time in China,and maintaining a significant correlation.But there are still legal recognition and language barriers to apply for or find jobs in Thailand,which makes many Chinese students eventually choose to leave China and choose to return home or work in other countries.For example,71%chose to return to Thailand or other countries,and the choice to stay in China was only 29%,monthly income was not satisfie d with the most,reached 73%.The education system and the system of Thailand and China from different sources in Thailand students will have a different perception,and 58.5%of people think that China education system is better than that of Thailand.This article then uses the items retained after the exploratory fac tor and analysis to carry out confirmatory factor.In order to evaluate the suitability of the six factors,the maximum likelihood estimation method was applied in the SPSS loading module.The fitting degree was 2.379,which indicating that the goodness of fit test of the questionnaire is good.According to the content of the questionnaire,the value of NFI is 0.646,and the goodness of fit is acceptable.The approximate error mean square root RMSEA,which is 0.068,and it reflects the good overall goodness of fit.The leading factors that affect employment work,64.5%of the p eople take "salary" as the first choice.People who choose to work in Thailand government or state-owned enterprises,as well as Chinese govemment and Chinese state-owned enterprises are relatively satisfied with their jobs and their willingness to change jobs is not too strong.But most people can't get better employment development in China because of Chinese 1 earning,nationality,law,diploma and other reasons.Finally,according to the problems existing in Thailand's overseas students' employment or career choice development,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the quality of Thailand's overseas st udents' employment development.firstly,it completes Thailand's overseas students' career planning and education so as to lay a solid foundation for their employment.The second is to do a good job in the practical design of foreign students in China and provide internship opportunities.The third is to do a good job in providing employment guidance services for overseas students from Thailand to help them develop.Through the establ ishment of Thailand's employment guidance center for overseas students in China,we can better carry out macro-control and guidance on the employment of overseas students in Thailand.Fourth is to construct Thailand's employment service system for overseas students in China.Fifth is to strengthen the cooperation between Gao and employing units,expand the employment channels for overseas students,construct the employment service system for overseas students from Thailand and China in universities,and perfect the management system.Enterprises should continuously improve their own international management level and build a management system for Thais.Finally,Thai foreign students in China should pay attention to the improvement of their own abilities,raise their legal awareness,continuously strengthen their study of industry knowledge,and develop their excellent skills.
