Study On The Hierarchy Of The Ideological Education At The Universities For Nationalities

Hierarchy is a universal objective phenomenon in everything,and ideological education is also one hierarchical existence,which decides that the ideological education should be conducted under the guidance of hierarchical demands,teaching students according to their different aptitudes so that educational practicing could take hierarchical classification into consideration.On the basis of detailed explanation of hierarchy theory and the hierarchy theory in ideological education,this dissertation systematically explores the ideological education on the students at the universities for nationalities from the perspective of hierarchy.With an overview of the ideas about hierarchy in such theories as systems theory,structuralism,functionalism and Maslow's hierarchy of needs,it systematically explains the ontology meaning of hierarchy and the theoretical basis for constructing a hierarchical ideological education so as to establish an analytical framework for such education on students at the universities for nationalities.Meanwhile,it provides an overview for the hierarchical ideas and opinions in ideological education both in China and abroad,in ancient and modern times.Besides,it,especially,examines thoroughly the exploration from authors of Marxism Classics on the hierarchy of ideological education in order to enrich the theoretical bases for hierarchical ideological education as well as provide some direct guidance on methodology.During the analyzing the present ideological education on students at the universities for nationalities,this dissertation,from the perspective of empirical research,comprehensively examines the status of hierarchical ideological education at the universities for nationalities so that it could analyze the existing misunderstandings and their reasons.Moreover,with hierarchy theory,it analyzes systematically the problems of ideological education on students at the universities for nationalities,and establishes a hierarchy for different elements in such education aiming to lay foundations for the hierarchical ideological education.In the end,this dissertation,based on the theory of hierarchical ideological education and the differences and particularities of the students at the universities for nationalities,identifies the direction and puts forwards the strategies for achieving the aim of the hierarchical ideological education on students at the universities for nationalities,namely,identifying the idea for the overall hierarchical ideological education at the universities for nationalities,constructing a new system for the hierarchical ideological education,adhering to the principles for the hierarchical ideological education at the universities for nationalities and carrying out the strategies for such education at the universities for nationalities.
