On Anti-corruption Of Power

Power is an important lever of social and historical movement.The issue of power is the core of political philosophy.In this paper,dialectical materialism and historical materialism are used to study the phenomenon of power and the dialectical method of power movement from the perspective of political philosophy.The full text is divided into four chapters besides introduction.Chapter 1 The Origin of Power,according to the principle of historical materialism,combs comprehensively the definition and research literature of power in the academic field of China and the West.By distinguishing the two historical stages of ancient power thought and modern power thought,we understand the historical process and law of power phenomenon and power thought evolution,and draw the conclusion that power is a social and historical phenomenon,a social relationship,and a kind of power thought.The conclusion of the power of organization and institutionalization.Chapter 2,The Nature of Power,discusses the affirmative link of the dialectics of power movement and demonstrates what public power should be relative to people's rights.Through the study of the three concepts of power recognized in the academic field of China and the West,this paper makes a comprehensive and objective investigation of the connotation of the concept of power,the essence of power and the characteristics of power.It holds that the essence of public power comes from the entrustment of people's rights,so the essence of public power is to serve the people,not the private interests of those in power.Chapter 3,Corruption of Power,discusses the dialectical negation link of power movement,explains power corruption with power alienation,demonstrates that the root of power alienation is the dual nature of power itself.On the one hand,it is the public and service nature of power,requiring power to serve the people with the purpose of realizing public interests;on the other hand,power has instrumentality,interest and expansion.In the process of exercising power,these characteristics are often influenced by the interests preferences of the main body of exercising power,which leads to the private use or abuse of power.This paper defines the essence of power alienation as power moving towards its own opposite,which is originally a public power serving the people,but as a result,it is a tool serving the power holders themselves.Drawing on the theoretical resources of public choice theory,power rent-seeking theory and principal-agent theory to explain power alienation,the paper emphatically analyses three aspects of power alienation,namely,the alienation of power subject(the alienation of the relationship between the owner and the executor of power,the alienation of power executor itself),and the alienation of power essence(private interest becomes the exercise of power).The object and class interests become the object of power exercise and the alienation of power activities(serving the people alienated into serving the people).The paper also expounds the harm of power alienation,and concludes that the causes of power alienation include the internal spear of power,the main factor of power and the environmental factor of power.Chapter IV "Anti-corruption of Power" discusses the negative link of the dialectical negation of power movement,which is the foothold of the full text.Demonstrate how power returns to its essence to achieve the purpose of power anti-corruption.This paper not only demonstrates the power anti-corruption from the source of power,the restriction of power and the supervision of power,but also explores the theoretical construction of power anti-corruption system from three aspects: the inevitability of power anti-corruption,the possibility of power anti-corruption and the value goal of power anti-corruption.It holds that the inevitability of power anti-corruption lies in the return of the subject of public power and the return of public power relations.The inevitable result of the return of public power functions,the possibility of power anti-corruption as a prerequisite for power anti-corruption in the protection of the rule of law,democratic supervision as an important way of power restriction,and moral restriction as an important supplement to power anti-corruption.On this basis,it is concluded that the ultimate value goal of power anti-corruption work is the return of power to publicity,that is,the essential attribute of power,and the realization of power use.Justice is the value pursuit of public power.Power comes from the people.To serve the people,the use of power must be supervised by the people.
