The Nanjing Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,established in May 1946,was the representative organ of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in Nanjing in the early days of the Liberation War.It was also the command center for the work of the CPC's leading provinces.The Nanjing Bureau played an important role in the history of the Liberation War and has an important historical status.This article takes the important historical institution of the Nanjing Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China as the research object,and comprehensively sorts out its establishment reasons and historical effects.This paper is divided into five chapters according to the research content.The first chapter mainly introduces the related issues of the establishment of the Nanjing Bureau during the Liberation War.The first is to examine the preparations and historical facts of the Nanjing Bureau and analyze the historical background of the establishment of the Nanjing Bureau,and then study the international and domestic background faced by the Nanjing Bureau when it was established,analyze the US-Soviet policy toward China,the Kuomintang policy after the war and the CPC's countermeasures.The second is to sort out the organization and functions of the Nanjing Bureau,mainly analyzing its organizational division of labor and institutional setup.The second chapter mainly introduces the negotiation work of the Nanjing Bureau.Facing with the danger of a serious civil war,the Nanjing Bureau immediately launched peace talks after its establishment.First,the Central Plains mediation eased the situation in the Central Plains.After that,the Central Plains army won the time;the second was the Northeast mediation,which won the precious time of the June truce in the Northeast,and at the same time took the initiative to let Changchun,and won the initiative in politics.But in the end,Marshall's mediation failed;the third was to negotiate theYellow River's return,smashing the Kuomintang's conspiracy to “replace the soldiers with water”;and fourth,the third party 's efforts for peace.Although the mediation failed,it has strengthened and improved the communication and cooperation between the CPC and the democratic parties.The third chapter mainly introduces the united front work of the Nanjing Bureau.As the various democratic parties had been established,they played an increasingly important role in the historical arena.During this period,the Chinese Communist Party tried its best to take care of the democratic and progressive people.At the same time,it also made great efforts to reform the Kuomintang military officers through democrats.At the same time,the Communist Party united the progressive parties,condemned the Kuomintang atrocities,and boycotted the illegal "National University." The convening has created a good interactive model of multi-party cooperation and political consultation.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the role of the Nanjing Bureau in the process of opening up the second front.The Nanjing Bureau made an indelible contribution in the process of opening up the second front,mainly in the following aspects: First,it led the "great justice student movement",such as the "6:23" movement and the anti-American as well as anti-riot movement.The second is to lead the workers' movement,launching workers to carry out economic and political struggles,and support the student patriotic movement.The third is to lead the people's movement and establish a base in the countryside.According to different situations,the localities are concealed and lean,waiting for the opportunity;organized anti-clearance movement and anti-"three levies" struggle;with the development of the situation,the scale of the struggle,contain the Kuomintang army,with the first front.The fifth chapter mainly introduces the propaganda work of the Nanjing Bureau.One of the important missions of the Nanjing Bureau is to vigorously promote the CPC's proposition of peace and democracy in the Kuomintangarea.Therefore,the Nanjing Bureau attaches great importance to it.First,it forms flexible and diverse forms of propaganda,such as holding press conferences,setting up newspapers,and strengthening broadcasting to the Kuomintang District.Second,it adheres to the correct propaganda policy.On the one hand,it vigorously promotes the party's policy of seeking peace and anti-civil war,on the other hand,it adheres to the principle of facts and use facts to counter the defamation and misleading of the Kuomintang.And at the same time,it pays attention to the various needs of the people letting the media become the caring people of the masses;the third is to strengthen public opinion propaganda and expand the influence.The Nanjing Bureau not only opposes the Kuomintang's ban on the news media,but also directly confronts the Kuomintang with its thoughts and theories.At the same time,the Nanjing Bureau also pays attention to international exchanges,meets foreign friends and journalists,contacts international groups and international conferences,and proactively elaborates on the CPC.Policy,and actively strives for the sympathy and support of the international democratic progressive forces.The conclusion part mainly analyzes the historical significance of the Nanjing Bureau.According to the first five chapters on the history of the Nanjing Bureau,the history of the Nanjing Bureau is analyzed.Explains are given to the US-Soviet revision of China's policy,and the final efforts of the Nanjing Bureau on peace and the end of the mission of the Nanjing Bureau.
