Study On Cultivation Of Values Identification In Current Military Enterprises

It strongly depends on the military enterprises to make China dream come true.Since youth are the future of the military enterprises,their values identification may concern the development of the enterprises.It also concerns the development of the defense science &technology industry and the improvement of the force combat effectiveness.So it is very urgent to cultivate the values identification of youth in new times.Only with the same values can youth identify with their enterprise vision,career emotion,enterprise culture and developmental environment.And then they may devote themselves to work,which results in the common development of the enterprises and themselves.This paper is aimed at investigating and revealing the status of youth's values identification,and finding out the reasons underlying the problems.Based on my years of ideological and political working experience,I try to explore a new connotation of values in military enterprises in current society,and construct a new cultivating system of values identification in military enterprises to identify youth's values and improve enterprises' marketing competitiveness and comprehensive strength.There are 8 chapters in this paper.Chapter 1 starts from the development of the military enterprise.The origins of the subject and the significance of the research are described.Its research ideas,methods and innovation are introduced,and its related concepts are defined.Methods of document study,survey research and case analysis,etc.are comprehensively used to analyze and explore the cultivation of youth's values in military enterprises.Main contents of youth's values identification in military enterprises are extracted,and its evaluation system and working frame are built.These are also the innovation of the paper.In chapter 2,research foundations of cultivation of values identification in current military enterprises are indicated.That is to say,we must adhere to the Marxist theory of values,Mao Zedong's theory of cognition and practice,and the Party's fundamental policy about enterprise cultural construction since 18 th National Congress of the CPC,embodying that Marxist views of practice and methodologies are consistent with our Party's perpetual working style of seeking truth from facts and advancing with the times.In chapter 3,history and social background of cultivation of values identification in current military enterprises are analyzed.Cultivation during the revolutionary wars,before and after the reform and opening-up is explored.At the same time,new confronting problems and challenges under the new social and military enterprises developmental circumstance are analyzed thoroughly.In chapter 4,based on the survey results of questionnaire and interview,status,problems and main causes of values identification in current military enterprises are analyzed.The ideological characteristics and behaviors of youth,especially youth in military enterprises in current society,are revealed.The underlying problems and reasons are analyzed in detail.In chapter 5,main significant of cultivation of the significance identification in current military enterprises is described.A viewpoint is presented,which cultivation of values identification can cultivate qualified staff for enterprises,give intellectual impetus to the development of enterprises,establish a cultural foundation for it,and accumulate experience in inheriting military enterprise's values.In chapter 6,main contents of the cultivation of youth's values identification,such as the values of dedication,sacrifice,responsibility and innovation,are discussed,helping the core socialist values take root in military enterprises.And these are also the main connotations of values in current military enterprises.In chapter 7,focusing on its main contents,characteristics and procedures of cultivation are presented.That is,we should arm youth's minds with advanced theories,unite their wills with their career development,guide their behaviors with scientific management,and promote their progress by accepting them into the League or the Party.At the same time,methods of cultivation are presented,such as,methods of theory learning,organization education,self-education,encouragement by advanced examples,and sentiment molding in daily life.Although these procedures and methods are different and have their own focuses,they are connected closely and interrelated,shaping the youth's values in various aspects.In chapter 8,supporting system of cultivation is presented.And how to strengthen the leadership of the Party organization,build up the ideological and political platform,and innovate new ideological and political working methods are explored.Logically,after analyzing the relationship of values from macro description to micro analysis,from theoretical concept to practical operation,and from advocating by higher-level unit to application to the grass-roots one,where values identification comes from,where it is to go and how to get it are introduced,and what values identification in military enterprise is,why we say that and how to cultivate it well are described.Many working concepts and carriers in this paper have been applied in members of military enterprise,and have achieved good results.Many of them are popularized to the Party,Labor and League organizations all over the country,which proves a guidable theory,correct thoughts,innovative methods and effective practices in this study.This paper is based on thorough application and implementing of fundamental policy forideological and cultural construction since 18 th Congress,on in-depth thought of the ideological political work and the enterprise cultural construction,on the intensive understanding of the youth in military enterprises,and close attention to the reform and development of the military enterprises and defense science & technology industry.Although the working thoughts,carriers,methods and means described in this paper are specifically targeted to the military enterprises,they are applicable extensively to other enterprises.And they are of certain reference to the ideological propaganda and values cultivation of citizen in the whole society.
