In this study,through taking Mongols language life in Mongoljin as the research object,and the field survey method is used to obtain the first-hand materials of the Mongols language life in Mongoljin.According to this materials analyzes this area's humanities and social environment,the field of daily life,the field of education in mongols language life and language policies.On this basis,sourt out the existing problems,and proposes targeted and operable countermeasures and suggestions.The dissertation mainly consists of the following six parts.The Introduction introduces the purpose of choosing this topic,research status,research ideas and methods.Chapter one is from the aspects of the historical changes of Mongoljin(historical background,population changes),cultural inheritance and changes(language and culture,media contacts),Mongolian education overview(starting period,exploration period,adjustment period),etc.introduces and analyzes humanities and social environments and language living environment of Mongoljin Mongols language life,call attention to their existing problems,and put forward rational countermeasures and suggestions.Chapter two is examines and studies language policy issues.Firstly,start from the definitions and goals of language policy and language planning,and clarified how language policy and language planning affect language practice through language vitality and language endangerment.Secondly,based on the language policy of Chinese ethnic minorities and Mongoljin local regulations,the implementation of the Mongoljin ethnic policy was expounded in terms of ethnic language work,ethnic education work,ethnic cultural work,and ethnic cadre training.Afterwards,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the problem of insufficient implementation of language policy.Chapter three analyzes and summarizes the field of daily life.In the Mongolian community and the Mongolian-Han mixed community,choose the old,middle and young three generation groups of the subjects to investigate the current situation of language use in terms of language acquisition and language ability,language use status,language attitude,etc.clarified the interaction between language values and language practice.After that,factor analysis of the problems in language life in the field of daily life,and put forward countermeasures.Chapter four is the field of education part.On the basis of understanding the general situation of teaching,it investigates and analyzes the current teaching situation and the learning situation.These include special surveys on language acquisition and language abilities,language use,and language attitudes conducted by teachers;special surveys on language acquisition and language abilities,language use,and learning attitudes conducted on students.After this,problems in comprehensive the field of education language life were discussed in depth.The fifth part is the epilogue,is entitled“Under normal circumstances,thousands of changes in language and life are not accidental,and they all happen inevitably”,which is summarized on the basis of investigation,analysis and comprehensive research at three levels: summary,conclusion and residual theory.The summary level summarizes the Mongols language life in Mongoljin.In conclusion,research and reflection on the current situation of Mongolian language use,language attitude,and language loss overview is made,and some important enlightenment is given to development of language and culture.In the section on the level of the remaining discussion,in view of the existing deficiencies of the research,some suggestions for further research are put forward.
