This article is composed of "Introduction",the first " Overview of Official Document and Mongolian Official Document" and the next "Mongolian Official Document Classification and Characteristics".The introductory part: I will introduce the status quo and frontier of Mongolian official document research,and expound the reasons,research significance,research methods and research innovations of this paper.The first part: mainly uses the literature research method and the descriptive research method to study and analyze the evolution and characteristics of official documents,and the general situation and collection of Mongolian official documents in the 13-14 th centuries.In the literature of different periods,The Mongolian official documents are called "(?)","(?)","(?)","(?)","(?)".These official documents were collected in Beijing,Tibet,Shaanxi,Henan,Sichuan,Guangdong,Shanxi,Shandong,Gansu and Yunnan.Abroad,it is collected in the Vatican,France,Iran,Turkey,Germany.The next part: mainly uses the comparison method,analysis method and induction method to classify and analyze the Mongolian official documents in the 13-14 th centuries from the aspects of carrier,processing method,language,author,direction and content.At the same time,the main features of the structure,language expression format,writing format and rhetorical format of the Mongolian official documents in the 13-14 th centuries were discussed.The Mongolian official document structure began in the period of Genghis Khan,developed in the period of Wokutai,and was shaped in the Kublai Khan period.It consists of four parts: the beginning,the body,the ending and the official seal.The language expression format is mainly reflected in the use of fixed words such as "In the power of God,in the great emperor's help".In terms of writing format,it has a form of lifting and degrading;In terms of rhetorical format,it has symmetrical characteristics.
