| This Paper selects the oil painter Sun Yuntai as the research object.Sun Yuntai who lived and worked in Heilongjiang Province for a long time,followed the Russian oil painter to study oil painting in his youth age,and was occupied in the oil painting and sketch activities in the border areas for a long time as well as made outstanding achievements in the field of landscape painting.However,due to historical conditions,especially the political environment,Sun Yuntai,who focuses on sketching paintings,is often in a “marginalized” situation in real life,so that he is not well known to the outside world in that period with his outstanding artistic talents not gradually shine until the reform and opening up.This article puts Sun Yuntai's artistic creation activities in a broad era background,starting from the macroscopic perspective,beginning at the micro level,taking Sun Yuntai's career as the starting point,using sociology,iconography,investigation,literature and other research methods to demonstrate his experience.Historical scenes such as social changes,economic pressure,sketching activities,and artistic creations.Through a large number of life details,it restores an artist who retains the initial heart,contradictory but realistic nature,presenting the mental journey of persisting in the local sketching in the long-term artistic career.His psychological journey and spiritual beliefs deepen our historical cognition of artists in the new China's border regions who are obsessed with artistic ontology,and sincerely salute to all the new generation of Chinese artists who have been hidden even with great contribution to the development of art in the border areas.There are five chapters in this paper.The first chapter introduces Sun Yuntai's career research,which describes the artist's growth process and the changes in his social environment,providing a historical basis for the subsequent art and social analysis.The second chapter is the research on the theme of Sun Yuntai's artistic creation,including the commemorative portraits and landscape themes,which is the two most important aspects of Sun Yuntai's oil painting creation,reflecting the diverse characteristics of the artist's era.The third chapter is the analysis of Sun Yuntai's oil painting sketching activities and masterpiece,including the formal characteristics and languageperformance of sketching masterpiece.Linguistic features of Sun Yuntai's oil painting art are explained through the analysis of a large number of landscape sketches.The fusion of impressionism and Chinese freehand tradition is also the highest achievement he has made in oil painting.The fourth chapter analyzes the artistic characteristics of Sun Yuntai's sketches from the perspective of style and cultural attributes.In combination with the artist's social experience,it discusses the influence of art education,economic environment and cultural background on artistic creation,and researches on the artistic value of specific art styles.The artist's inevitability to maintain the artistic initial and spiritual beliefs consistently in different historical periods.It further stresses the aesthetic value of Sun Yuntai's unique artistic style.The fifth chapter is the affirmation of Sun Yuntai's artistic phenomenon and his spiritual value from a comprehensive perspective.It points out that by no means can career choice,life experience or economic pressure change the artist's firm artistic beliefs and professional habits.He stands firm in the turbulent social background,persisting on oil painting,which provides an inspiring art model for the development of art in the border areas of New China. |
