| Tang poetry is regarded as the peak of Chinese classical literature.The discussion of its language art has always been the focus of the traditional literary theory.The study of classic poetics,with "telesthesia" and "wonderful feelings beyond words" replaces the interpretation of the text because of its dim and open way of digestion.However,in modern times,with the turn of linguistic angle,a subversive change in the interpretation of literature has taken place.How to choose a reasonable interpretation framework becomes an issue that must be considered in the study of language art in Tang Dynasty.Based on the text of the Tang Dynasty poetry,with the systematical analysis and reflection of poetry language art on various aspects,considering the relationship between the language of Tang poetry and its art production,the research attempts to construct the basic studying framework of Tang poetry;analyze the overall characteristics and style of the language in Tang poetry;deepen the understanding of the art of poetry,enrich and expand the horizon of the study of Tang poetry,and provide reference and ideas for the development of modem poetry.Hence,there are three aspects of the research.One is the basic quality of poetic language,phonology,morphology,syntax and organization.The writer investigates the poet how to construct a text,how to choose a language strategy,skills and arrangement in the construction process.The second one is to collect the relevant critical theories in the process of analyzing the qualities of Tang poetry.Those theories,which are the basic field and environment for the poets to make poems,determines the basic language form framework of poetry and directly influences the language style of poetry.The third one is to analyze the whole style and achievement of language art in Tang poetry,examine the path of poetry creation,summarize its advantages and disadvantages and core characteristics,to enlighten the creation of modern Chinese poetry.The article first defines language,poetic language and language art,and summarizes three questions of language study about Chinese classical poetry:whether the poetry language can be expressed,and how to express the poetry language,what are characteristics and styles of poetic language.Based on the text features of the language of Tang Dynasty,the writer raises that the logic framework of this study is the phonology,morphology and syntax,and composition style;the logical starting point of this study is to examine the language beauty of Tang poetry,namely through the study of poetic language you can find the beauty of Tang poetry,and how to use language strategies to express the beauty of Tang poetry."Modern style" poetry,refers to innovations in classical poetry during the Tang Dynasty(618---907),marked by strict tonal patterns and rhyme schemes,which is the basis of classical poetry.With the summarization of the Tang Dynasty poetry rhyme theory,the article analyze the artistic function of poetic rhythm from three perspectives:the meaning of forms,the forces of order and proliferation of feelings,especially the intrinsic mechanism and strength which the rhythm shows in poetry aesthetic emotion.At the same time,take the "Modem style" poetry as an example,the article analyzes the choice and the change of poetry rhyme.Rhyming,as a precondition for language of poetry creation,shows some characteristics and theme preference,but in the late Tang Dynasty,rhyming curing has become an important characteristic of the modern poetry,which provides the possibility for the emergence of new style offspring and poetry innovation.Word is the building material of poetry.The article generally summarizes the characteristics of word formation in Tang poetry that is,the word formation for symbolism,decoration,combination,and connotation.Meanwhile,on the basis of comparison,it is found that the choice of words in Tang poetry has concreteness and metaphorical characteristics.In the development of poetic language,the choice of words in Tang poetry is characterized by popularity and tendency to empty.Reference Books,with material taken from various sources and arranged according to subjects,are very important in Chinese ancient books,such as Yi Wen Lei Ju and ChuXue Ji which has close relationship with the classic of poetry at the Early Tang Dynasty.The establishment of the classic books helps to promote the typical process of classical poetry words.In essence,allusion is a kind of creation,is a language art and a special component in the vocabulary.Tang Dynasty poets holds a positive attitude towards the usage of allusion with the pursuit of traceless form and emotions reposing.In the course of the discussion of Poetry Syntax,the article first analyses the poetry criticism in the "syntax" concept.The writer thinks,as a terminology in poetic criticism,Poetry Syntax refers to the words selection and combination methods which can acquire the aesthetic significance in poetry.And the writer puts forward the discipline defense in poetry syntax.Then he analyzes the characteristics of antithesis,and summarizes the paradigm evolution and aesthetic orientation.The antithesis of meaning structure in Tang poetry changes from single to three-dimensional perspective,aesthetic orientation from the formalism to situational aesthetics,therefore the core carrier of art Poetry Syntax is antithesis.At the same time,this chapter deals with the two kinds of syntactic variation phenomenon:word order and intricate components.Taking Du Fu’s "fragrant rice" for example,the chapter analyzes the reasons and artistic expression of poetry in order of intricate syntax.Based on the noun sentence,this chapter also analyzes the problem of composition in the syntactic and summarizes the expression effect of different structural noun sentences.The art of composition reflects the whole organization mode and the trend of thoughts.The paper analyzes the change of organization in Tang poetry,inertia choice in early Tang Dynasty;"poetry from the great spirit" in middle Tang Dynasty;to "poetry from the meanings" in late Tang Dynasty,from passive choosing to initiative control.At the same time,through the investigations of the development of "twist and turn" theory,combination with the poems’ creation,the writer thinks that this theory and its practice have been very mature in Tang Dynasty.Take the pentasyllabic regulated verse as an example,the chapter analyzes the evolution of the organization of the art of Tang poetry,from the Three-part in Longshuo Body,Two-part in Shenlong Body,Direct-part in Kaitian Body to Four-part in Dali Body.Style is another important thing in Chinese classical poetics.The style of language is the embodiment of creative personality.The discussion of poetry style in the Tang Dynasty was mostly presented in terms of "Ti or "Pin".The theory of poetry style focused more on the language skills and characteristics of poetry.The overall language style of poetry is the pursuit of "words at hand,expressions far away," natural expression,meaningful implication.The Tang Dynasty Zen,especially Zen’s way of thinking,has a profound influence on the poetry language style.The traceless and excellent language style has some relationship with Zen Epiphany in "Empaty"and"The Buddha is in the heart"When summarize Tang Dynasty’s poetry language criticism,we can find that the early Tang poetry language consciousness contributes to the promotion of the development of Tang poetry language form.The form established in early Tang Dynasty,"inspiration from emotion,harmony in Lulu tuner",has laid a theoretical foundation for the development of poetic language,from the Yuan Jing’s "poetry form direct feeling" to Sikongtu’s "be a miser with words".But the former reflects the great concern and trust for the language",The poetic language view of"Expounding one’s ideas in poetry " shows the great expectation for reform.The pursuit of "Xing Xiang" becomes the core category of progeny evaluation of Tang Dynasty,while Jiao ran’s "action theory",is to highlight the active transformation of poetic language."Few words means a lot" and"meanings beyond images",this concept,proposed by Liu Yuxi,overcame the limitation of"meanings in the images",with the emphasis of the subjective participation,and became source of artistic conception in the classical poetry language criticism.While Sikongtu’s "be a miser with words "provides the better solution to the debate on language and meaning."Talent" and "rule" reflect the relationship between the subject and the object of poetry creation."Talent" is the ability of the subject,and "rule" is an objective legal form.The dialectical relationship between "talent" and "law" constitutes the two poles of poetic language creation.The article holds that the discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of Li Bai and Du Fu in the past dynasties is essentially the dispute of "talent" and "rule".The Tang Dynasty poets praised the talents,but not abandoned criterion.The choice of language shows the respect of "rule".The"convergence of the rule" became the internal language method of Tang poetry.Language is the most important form of poetry,and form is the material carrier of poetry aesthetics.The form of poetry not only has the function of expressing content,but also the function of creating content.The formal norms established in the Tang Dynasty have a direct influence on the emotional presentation and aesthetic view of the poetry.From the formal specification of the early Tang Dynasty to the aesthetics of Glorious age of Tang Dynasty,especially Du Fu,who reached the peak of poetic language aesthetics.However,in the middle of Tang Dynasty,poets’ confusion and struggle of the form and the trap of the form in the late Tang Dynasty were alerted to the avoidance of formalism in the form of poetry.Finally,from the three aspects of the form of poetry,Chinese characteristics,poetry image,the writer summarizes the core elements of language art production.Combined with the actual situation of the development of modern.Chinese poetry,the writer also puts forward some suggestions,that in the development of modem Chinese poetry,form is still the most important issue of poetry creation.It is necessary to fully discover and respect the Chinese poetic in the development of modem Chinese poetry,and image must always be the center of the organization of poetry language.Literature is the art of language,poetry is the essence of language art.This article systematically constructs language research of Tang poetry;tries to grasp the overall characteristics of the language of the Tang Dynasty poetry;analyzes artistic function of linguistic strategies;sums up the pros and cons of language art in Tang poetry.To study the art of language,is to analyze the enduring internal mechanism and rules.with the most essential and the core elements,to guide the theory and creation of modern Chinese poetry. |
