| Objective:(1)to clarify the ambiguities or unclear medical principles in the two articles of "synopsis of the Golden Chamber" and "the combination of animal,insect and fish Taboos" and "the combination of fruit,vegetable and grain Taboos"(for short,the article of "food taboo");(2)to summarize the principles of food taboo and explore the theoretical basis of building food taboo;(3)to summarize the treatment methods of food poisoning and explore its pharmacological mechanism.(4)Combing the origin of the article of food taboo provides reference information for the author.Methods and steps: comprehensively using the methods of literature research,such as emendation,exegesis,multi-disciplinary comprehensive research,comparison and content analysis,the article by article explains the provisions of food ban,sums up the principle of food ban and excavates the theoretical basis of building food ban.At the same time,it summarizes the treatment methods of food poisoning and discusses the relevant pharmacological mechanism from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine.Finally,by using the method of comparison,the author systematically and comprehensively analyzed and studied 10 important medical books related to the circulation of the article of Shiji before the Song Dynasty,compared the relevant articles one by one,sorted out the origin and development of the article of Shiji and mined the author's information.Results:(1)181 out of 191 articles were studied.(2)12 ambiguous words were corrected and noted.(3)There are 9 different food names in this article.(4)Explains 30 medical terms.(5)There are 28 kinds of common plant food in ancient times,such as "sunflower" and "amaranth".(6)The food habits of 55 kinds of food were determined.Conclusion:(1)the theoretical basis for the construction of the principle of food prohibition is the theory of eating habits.In addition,the theoretical basis for the construction of food ban is related to philosophical thinking and "image taking thinking" such as the concept of food hygiene,the concept of "seeking for the same breath","the external image and the internal sense" and the concept of "physical properties are mutually controlled",as well as the influence of custom culture,Confucianism,Taoism,Buddhism and life practice.(2)The therapeutic methods of food poisoning include eliminating pathogenic factors and toxin,including perspiration,purgation,diuresis,emesis,bitter and cold drugs,clearing heat and toxin,and using "antidote" drugs to detoxify.Its pharmacological mechanism is related to the antiviral effect of most drugs and the protection of liver and kidney of some drugs.(3)The article of Shiji was written by Zhang Zhongjing after referring to a certain work,which may be "Shennong Yellow Emperor's food prohibition",There are 7 articles attached by posterity.39 articles of this article of Shiji may be its lost articles after textual research,among which 11 articles of Wang Tao's annotation in "waitai" have the words "sincerely follow Zhongjing Fang Yun".4 "waitai" are annotated with the words "zhongjingtong".Twenty five articles 60 and 24 articles 101 may be the lost works of the Golden Chamber Yuhan Jing written by Ge Hong.According to the research conclusion of Liang Yongxuan,17 articles may also be lost in the book... |
