| Objective:On the basis of the early understanding of the connotation of " Jie " in Traditional Chinese Medicine,theoretical understanding and condensate the law to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical"Jie" syndrome.Methods:Adopt systematic review literature retrieval methods,and use research methods and ideas of hermeneutics,philology and constructivist theory.(1).Through hermeneutics and literature research methods,the original meaning and extended meaning of "Jie" are clarified,and the connotation of "Jie" in Chinese medicine is initially refined.Using constructivist theories,including observation,extrapolation,internal thinking,dialectical thinking,dialectical thinking,etc,excavate the pathogenesis,disease(syndrome),and pulse characteristics of "Jie" to explain the medical connotation of "Jie".(2).A systematic review literature search method was used to systematically sort out the scattered prescriptions in the herbal medicine and prescriptions contained in the fifth edition of the Chinese Medical Code,and a database of prescriptions and herbal medicines was initially established.Provide a basis for "San Jie" traditional Chinese medicine-prescription treatment plan.(3).On the basis of the first part and the second part research,focusing on the hypothesis of coronary heart disease " Heat Retention blood vessel ",and analyzing the pathogenesis,identification of the disease and treatment of the disease.Result:(1).The concept of" Jie ":the original meaning of " Jie " is "conclude",which means that the the characteristics of"stagnation but no communication".On this basis,the emphasis is on the characteristics of "the disease and the evil are mutually knotted and difficult to decompose".(2).The connotation and identification rules of the pathogenesis of "Jie" in Chinese Medicine:"Jie " pathogenesis means that "evil" and "things" coalesce with each other,forming a multi-stage pathogenesis mechanism with certain pathogenesis and intricacy,which is often mixed with cause and effect,forming a cycle of "cause" and "result".The characteristics of the disease location are related to the parts where the evil gas is easy to invade and the physical things are easy to remain.Common organs with hollow shapes such as Liufu and Qihengzhifu are common,such as skin muscles and other parts where the body fluid is rich and the evil gas is easy to attack.The identification of the " Jie " pathogenesis can be summarized as follows:various diseases and evils accumulate and change,all belong to the Jie;various diseases manifest as stasis,occlusion,and local fullness and pain,all belong to the Jie;various carbuncles Sores,tumors,and cancer are all knots.(3).Syndrome and identification of " Jie " in Chinese medicine:The " Jie" disease syndrome can be classified from the perspective of the etiology and common parts,it is believed that the "Jie" syndrome can correspond to the modern and modern digestive system,circulatory system,gynecology,and surgical diseases.Under normal circumstances,the scope of the disease is limited,the location is fixed,and the clinical focus is fullness and pain.Some diseases are prone to carbuncle swollen,poisonous and malignant.(4).Characteristics of "Jie pulse":"Jie pulse" is an independent concept.The pulse rhythm is uneven and the pulse speed is based on the "SanJie" as the basic rule,and the application of specific prescriptions and medicines needs to be increased or decreased according to the different stages,locations,and properties of the disease syndrome." Heat Retention blood vessel " refers to the heat evil and the tangible things such as blood stasis untidy in the blood,mutual cause and effect,secondary adverse processes such as accumulation of heat,toxicity,complications,and injury.The main pathogenesis is the "hot evil" and the tangible things such as "blood stasis and dampness" combine in the blood vessels,and the disease is in the "blood vein".Treatment methods include cure heat and detoxify,promote blood circulation and cool blood,and clear agglomeration and nourish the veins,which is helpful for clinical efficacy. |
