Purpose The purpose of this study is to analyze the inheritance of Wu's physicians in Cheng tang,Xin'an,in detail and in-depth,according to the works of their representatives(Wu Zhenglun,Wu Kun,Wu Chu)and their related doctors(Li Shicai,Xue Lizhai,Zhao Xianke,Cheng Yuanzhong,Li Dongyuan,Zhu Danxi,etc.),as well as the related classic works,and their influence on the future medicine.At the same time,it explores the comparison and connection between Wu Chu and his family medical thoughts,private doctors and medical thoughts of the same time or in the same region,so as to excavate the characteristic contents of Wu Chu's academic thoughts,hoping to be helpful for the literature research of Xin'an medicine and the clinical practice of modern Chinese medicine.Methods The method of literature research is used to explore,mainly including literature traceability,classification and arrangement,vertical and horizontal connection research and so on.1)Literature search: Read the medical works of Wu's doctors in Chengtang of Xin'an and related doctors,read the collection of Wu Chu's ancient books,go to Chengtang village and the library of Wu's medical works,and try to find in the unpublished Xu Che Lu,Huo Ren Xin Fa and the three volumes and four volumes of Medical Experience Record II;2)Tracing the source: To explore the origin of the academic thoughts of the three doctors,and to compare the similarities and differences between them and those involving the former doctors,so as to obtain the inheritance and development of their academic thoughts for the former doctors,as well as their influence on the later generations,and to clarify their inheritance context;3)Vertical and horizontal connection comparison and classification: compare Wu Chu's academic thoughts with those of family and private doctors,and explore the similarities and differences between Wu Chu's academic thoughts and those of doctors of the same era and region,including the cognition of human body physiology,the cognition of diagnosis,Materia Medica,specific diseases and treatment methods,and make vertical comparison with those of doctors of the same era and region The author makes a horizontal comparison of the technical thoughts,classifies and summarizes them,and further excavates their academic characteristics and clinical values which are different from those of other doctors;4)Summarize all the research results and refine the academic characteristics of Wu Chu.Result 1)Research on the inheritance of Wu family physicians in Chengtang,Xin'an The Wu family medical school in Chengtang,Xin'an started from Wu Zhenglun.He learned from Lu Shengye,a doctor in eastern Zhejiang Province.He took Danxi's academic thought as his main academic branch,which was led by Zhu Danxi.He also took the advantages of Liu Wansu,Zhang element,Zhang Zihe,Li Dongyuan and other Jin Yuan doctors,as well as Taohua,Wu Qiu and other doctors,especially those from Zhejiang Province.His academic thought was passed on to his second son,Wu Xingjian,who was passed on to his grandchildren,Wu chongru and Wu Renhong.Wu chongru put his academic thoughts into his son Wu Zhizhi and taught his nephew Wu Chu.Wu Kun was educated in Yu Wu Ting,a medical doctor in Shexian County,and was deeply influenced by his academic thoughts of Dong Yuan and Dan Xi.In addition,he carefully studied Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor,and deeply researched and inherited the academic thought of Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor In terms of acupuncture,he was mainly influenced by Dou Hanqing's academic thought.Because of his numerous teachers,he has learned a lot from others in prescriptions,acupuncture and pulse studies.Wu Kun has a great influence on later generations.In terms of prescriptions,pulse studies and internal classic studies,they all have a certain influence on the academic thoughts of later generations such as Wu Qian,Wang Ang,Zhang Jingyue and even on the development of Kampo Medicine.Wu Chu,the fifth generation descendant of Wu family in Chengtang,Xin'an,completed the process of integrating the academic thoughts of Wu Zhenglun and Wu Kun.Wu Chu was educated by his uncle Wu Chongru when he was young.After his grandmother became seriously ill,he began to study medicine.On the basis of blending the ideas of family medicine,he also respected Li Zhongzi's medical thought,and absorbed the essence of Xue Lizhai,Zhao Yangkui,Zhang Jingyue,Tao Jiean,Cheng Yuan Chung and Yu Jiayan,and learned the essence of his academic thoughts repeatedly.His academic thoughts were passed on to his second son,Wu Guanzong,who in turn passed on to his two sons,Wu rizheng and Wu Rixi.So far,the Wu family in Chengtang,Xin'an,has lived for 7 generations and 10 people.2)Research on the characteristics of Wu Chu academic thought In his early years,Wu Chu studied Confucianism carefully and began to manage medical industry in his middle age.Therefore,he had a strong style of Confucian medicine.When discussing medical theory,he had many references to Confucian physicians and medical theory of Confucian scholars.In his early years of professional medicine,he often used some of the characteristics of the imperial examination for metaphor,emphasizing the accumulation of personal knowledge and moral cultivation of doctors.In addition,in the aspect of typhoid,he paid special attention to Tao Hua widely used its prescriptions,and also adopted Yu Jiayan's theory of three principles.Wu Chu attaches great importance to pulse diagnosis.He can diagnose diseases by pulse,but he is not limited to this.Instead,he has a detailed examination of the tongue,a patient consultation,and a combination of four diagnoses.He must be clear about the origin of the disease and avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment.In terms of treatment methods,Wu Chu has a more in-depth study and extensive application of Li Dongyuan's method of Tonifying the middle and Qi;he widely uses warm therapy and pays attention to the combination with other treatment methods.According to statistics,72.7% of his medical cases are related to warm therapy.In addition,Wu Chu also pays attention to diet and emotional factors,and makes good use of various therapies to treat diet and emotional diseases.In terms of medication,Wu Chu is good at using ginseng,Astragalus and other Sweet herbs.He is good at combining sweet and warm drugs with other functions such as warming Yang,cooling blood,filling essence and other drugs according to the clinical conditions to treat a variety of diseases.He is flexible in drug use,emphasizing the increase and decrease of symptoms,and opposes the use of drugs without knowledge and skills,and the abuse of drugs with mild and frivolous power.He created Wenfei decoction,which has a good effect on the cough caused by deficiency of Qi and coldness of lung.At that time,many people were afraid of taking ginseng,aconite and other drugs.In order to cure the patients,Wu Chu often used the method of not writing the medicine in the prescription or writing less in quantity,but adding or adding more in secret when giving the medicine,which can be called good intentions.Conclusion 1)The Wu family of physicians in Chengtang,Xin'an started from Wu Zhenglun,with Wu Zhenglun,Wu Kun and Wu Chu as the main representatives,with a total of 7 generations and 10 people.2)Wu Zhenglun inherited Lu Shengye's academic thoughts and respected Danxi's academic school.He also adopted the thoughts of the four masters of Jin and Yuan Dynasties,Taohua and Wuqiu.Wu Kun inherited Yu Wuting,a doctor of Shexian County,and learned from others.He mainly inherited and carried forward Dou Hanqing's academic thoughts on acupuncture and moxibustion.Wu Chu inherited his academic thoughts and Li Shicai's academic thoughts,with Li Dongyuan,Zhang Jingyue,Tao Jiean,etc.His academic thoughts of doctors were passed on to the second son Wu Guanzong.3)Wu Chu has a strong academic style of Confucian medicine.He attaches great importance to the combination of four diagnosis and consultation,especially the diagnosis of tongue and pulse;he is good at using the method of Tonifying the middle and Supplementing Qi,widely using the method of warming,and is good at combining the method of warming with other methods,in addition,he attaches great importance to the factors of diet and emotion;Wu Chu has the characteristics of flexibility and changeability in drug use,is not dogmatic,and is good at using the products of sweet and warm.
