Objective: Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine damp heat and modern research on stroke,the relationship between damp heat and the incidence of apoplexy is discussed,in order to provide ideas for the theory,basic and clinical research of damp-heat syndrome.Methods: This research is carried out in three aspects: theoretical research,literature data mining,and clinical epidemiological investigation.Theoretical research: Systematically combing the four sources of TCM damp-heat theory,the progress of modern damp-heat theory,the progress and current status of stroke disease,and the correlation between stroke and damp-heat,and preliminary exploration of the relationship between damp heat and stroke.Document Data Mining: Electronic Retrieval China Knowledge Network(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform(WANFANG DATA),Weipu Information Chinese Journal Service Platform(VIP)3 Chinese Databases and Pubmed English Literature Database,summarizing stroke and disease in the past 50 years The literature on dampness and heat,statistical analysis and data mining on the research progress,research trends,disease distribution,epidemiological investigation and treatment methods of stroke and damp heat.Clinical Epidemiological Survey: Develop a case collection form,and select patients with strokes from the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Linyi City Hospital,and Rizhao City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the outpatient department and ward of the hospital from June 20 to December 2018.A total of 225 cases.Conduct clinical research on general information,clinical symptoms and syndrome types of stroke patients,summarize research information,conduct statistical processing,and analyze the epidemiological distribution law.Results: Through theoretical,literature,and clinical studies,the results are as follows.Theoretical research: Damp heat is closely related to the occurrence of stroke disease.The spleen and gastrointestinal tract is the center of lesions of the syndrome of dampness and heat syndrome."In the case of Zhongqi,the disease is in Yangming,and in the case of qi deficiency,the disease is in Taiyin."
