[Objective]To explore the influence and clinical significance of hyperlipidemia on MDSCs and Tregs in CRC[Methods]Six hundred and fourteen patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were selected.60 patients agreed with the requirements, including 30 patients with hyperlipidemia and 30 patients with normal blood lipids. The other 30 normal persons without hyperlipidemia were selected as control group from physical examination of 328 persons. The levels of LxA4 and 5-LOX in peripheral blood were detected by ELISA and the detection of Tregs and MDSCs in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry.260 patients with colorectal cancer admitted for surgery,of which only 30 cases met the requirements and obtained tumor tissues, including 15 cases with hyperlipidemia,15 cases with normal blood lipid. The expression level of 5-LOX in tumor tissues was detected by ELISA and the detection of Tregs and MDSCs in tumor tissues were detected by flow cytometry and compared with those in peripheral blood. The relationships of the general situation,LxA4,5-LOX levels,Tregs and MDSCs expression levels in each group were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software.[Results]The patients with colorectal cancer,TC in hyperlipidemia group was significantly higher than that in normal lipid group, while HDL-c in hyperlipidemia group was significantly lower than that in normal lipid group.TG and LDL-c in health examination group were significantly lower than those in normal blood lipid group, while HDL-c was significantly higher than those in normal blood lipid group in patients with colorectal cancer.5-LOX level in patients with colorectal cancer and hyperlipidemia was significantly higher than that of the colorectal cancer with normal blood lipid. The levels of 5-LOX in peripheral blood of healthy group were significantly lower than those of normal blood lipid group.Tregs and MDSCs in peripheral blood of patients with colorectal cancer and hyperlipidemia were significantly higher than those of normal blood lipid group.Tregs in peripheral blood of healthy group were also significantly lower than that of normal blood lipid group. The expression of 5-LOX in tumor tissues was significantly higher in patients with colorectal cancer and hyperlipidemia than in patients with normal blood lipids. The expression of 5-LOX in tumor tissues in patients with colorectal cancer and hyperlipidemia was significantly higher than that in patients with normal blood lipids. The detections of Tregs and MDSCs in tumor tissues of patients with colorectal cancer and hyperlipidemia were significantly higher than those of patients with normal blood lipids, and the expressions of Tregs and MDSCs in tumor tissues of patients with hyperlipidemia were also significantly higher than those in peripheral blood of patients with normal blood lipids of colorectal cancer.[Conclusion]Increasing the function of regulatory T cells and up-regulating the pathway of 5-LOX can promote the production of MDSC cells in colorectal cancer patients with hyperlipidemia and promote the development of the colorectal cancer.
