The Study Of Historical Literature Researched Of TCM And The Laws Of Prescriptions' Syndrome And Differentiation Treatment Of Miscarriage Prevention

ObjectiveThis study aims to systematic analysis and summarize the laws of prescriptions' syndrome and differentiation treatment of miscarriage prevention based on the historical literature,with a view to provide a clinical useful reference.MethodsThe research adopts literature research method through the overview of all the corresponding symptom information in Encyclopaedia of the Tradidtional Chinese Medicine(Fifth Edition)in relation to the miscarriage prevention.Then,build the database of Chinese herb used in the prescription by Microsoft Excel software and statistical analysis used through SPSS20.0 software-Then,frequency analysis,chi-squared test,factor analysis and cluster analysis will used to organize and analyze the collected data to figure out the treatment principle and herb formula of miscarriage prevention and systematically analyze and summarize the laws of prescriptions' syndrome and differentiation treatment of miscarriage prevention based on the historical literature.ResultsAccording to the frequency analytic method.1.There are 6020 results found on Encyclopaedia of the Tradidtional Chinese Medicine(Fifth Edition)in relation to the miscarriage prevention.The research adopts literature are 2255 miscarriage prevention is study literatures with 300 Chinese medicines prescription and altogether 243 types of Chinese herb are used.The total frequent of herb used is 9892.According to the frequency analytic method,the maximum useful frequency prescriptions are "Antaiyin Decoction","Siwu Decoction","Jiaoai Decoction","Antaisan Decoction","Ejiao Decoction","Antaidanggui Decoction","Antaiheqiyin Decoction","Foshousan Decoction","Sangjishengsan Decoction","Jiaoaisiwu Decoction".The maximum useful frequency herbs are Angelica Sinensis(Oliv.)Diels,Atractylodes macrocephla Koidz,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch,Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort,Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Paronia lactifeora Pall,Ass-hide Gelatin,Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch,Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer.and Artemisia argyi Lev1.et Vant.2.According to the classification of medicine,there are 5739 iterms.The top one is replenishing drug,occupying 1537 items,which is 26.78%of total.Heat-clearing drug is the first-runer up,all together 699 items,which is 12.18%of total frenquency.The third one goes to stasis-eliminating drugs.There are 677 items,forming 11.80%of statistic result.3.Statistical analysis sorting in Dynasty:(1)Before the Song Dynasty-82 herbs were reported.To sort them in terms of type and frequency,the replenishing drug,all in total 34 items and occupying 41.46%total,regarded as the largest group.The second comes to hemostatic drugs.There are 11 items,which is 13.41%.The drugs for relieving exterior sybdrome,with 10 items included,occupying 12.20%and regarded as the third.(2)SongJinYuan Dynasty-1207 items of drug were reported.To sort them in terms of type and frequency,the replenishing drug,all in total 293 items and occupying 24.28%,regarded as the largest group.The second comes to static-eliminating drugs.There are 150 items,12.43%of total.The heat-clearing drugs,with 99 items included,occupying 8.20%.The third place shared by drugs for relieving exterior syndrome and hemostatic drugs.They both contain 98 items,which occupying 8.12%of total.(3)MingQing Dynasty to Early period of the Republic-4450 herbs were reported.To sort them in terms of type and frequency,the replenishing drug,all in total 1210 items and occupying 27.19%,regarded as the largest group.The second comes to heat-clearing herbs.There are 595 items,which is 13.37%.The stasis-eliminating herbs,with 518 items included,occupying 11.64%and regarded as the third.4.x2 Test-The comparison of medicine used in different dynasty-In the statistical analysis of prescription,there is observable difference in the frequency of usage of herbs(including drugs for relieving exterior syndrome,Laxatives,herbs for eliminating wind and damp,herbs for warming interior,Qi regulating herbs,Anthelmintics,Stasis-eliminating herbs,herbs for relieving cough and reducing sputum to relieve asthma)in the dynasties mentioned above.5.Cluster analysis-By using SPSS20.0,we constructed a graph of medicine which occupies 1%frequency or above.Processing through the ward's method of cluster analysis,we get the results bellowed.C1:Zingiber officinale,Ziziphus zizyphus,Eucommia ulmoides,Dipsacales,Cyperus rotundus,Rehmannia glutinosa,Taxillus chinensis,Perilla frutescens,Scutellaria baicalensis,Amomum villosum,Wolfiporia extensa,Artemisia argyi,Colla Corrii Asini,Tangerine Peel.C2:Ginseng,LicoriceC3:Ligusticum chuanxiong,Angelica sinensis,White Paeony Root,Rehmannia glutinosaC4:Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Largehead Atractylodes Rh In C1,Zingiber officinale and Perilla frutescens belongs to drugs for relieving exterior syndrome.Ziziphus zizyphus,Eucommia ulmoides,Dipsacales and Colla Corrii Asini belongs to replenishing drugs.Cyperus rotundus and Tangerine Peel belongs to Qi-regulating drugs.Taxillus chinens belongs to rheumatism drugs.Rehmannia glutinosa and Scutellaria baicalensis belongs to clearing away heat drugs.Wolfiporia extensa belongs to eliminating dampness and diluresis.Amomum villosum belongs to aromatic damp-resolving drug.Artemisia argyi belongs to anastalic drug.They could be used to treat the miscarriage.In C2,Ginseng and Licorice belongs to replenishing herbs.They are used to replenish Qi.In C3,Four Agents Decoction is one of the commonest formular found in cluster analysis.In C4,Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and Largehead Atractylodes Rh are one of the commonest pair to be used in the prescription of preventing miscarriage.6.Factor analysis:After using SPSS20.0 software to establish data on 22 herbs with a frequency higher than 1.0%,factor analysis was used to summarize the 7 representative combinations of different herbs compositions.F1:Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Paroniae Alba,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Panax ginseng,Rhizoma Atractyodis Macrocephalae,Radix Astragali.F2:Folium Artemisiae Argyi,Colla Corii Asini,Fructus Perillae,Tangerine Peel,Fructus Amonmi,Radix Scutellariae.F3:Ziziphus jujuba,Cortex Eucommiae,Ginger.F4:Poria.F5:Radix Dipsaci.F6:Herba Taxilli,Rhizoma Cyperi.F7:Radix RehmanniaF1 is mainly composed of Qi and blood supplements,which is equivalent to the addition and subtraction of "Bazhen Decoction".The ancients treated the fetal gas to pay attention to the biochemistry of Qi and blood.In this combination,there is "Siwu Decoction",which specializes in the treatment of blood syndrome.Radix Glycyrrhizae,Panax ginseng,Rhizoma Atractyodis Macrocephalae,Radix Astragali are the tonifying qi medicines in the tonic medicine.Clinical reference can be made to the treatment of patients with Qi and blood deficiency.In the F2 combination,the tangerine peel is herbs for regulating Qi flow.Fructus Amonmi is aromatic damp-resolving herbs,Radix Scutellariae is a heat-clearing herb,Folium Artemisiae Argyi is a hemostatic herb,Colla Corii Asini is a blood-supplying herb,which can hemostasis and stop bleeding.Perilla is herbs for relieving exterior syndrome,and it is a herb for relieving exterior syndrome too.Folium Artemisiae Argyi is a hemostatic herb that can warm and stop bleeding.The whole group of herb combinations are suitable for emotional disorders,vaginal bleeding caused by spleen and stomach Qi stagnation which are biased towards the evidence of miscarriage.In the F3 combination,the jujube belongs to the tonic medicine,and the Cortex Eucommiae belongs to yang-tonifying prescription.The ginger belongs to the prescription medicine,and warming middle energizer to arrest vomiting.This combination is suitable for patients with asthenia cold syndrome.Among the F4,F5 and F7 combinations,there is only a single drug composition,Poria belongs to diuretics for eliminating dampness drug.Radix Dipsaci belong to the yang-tonifying prescription in the tonifying medicine.Rehmannia glutinosa belongs to the blood-cooling drugs in the heat-clearing medicine,belonging to three kinds of medicines.It can be considered that the herb is the drug of its drug type that is more suitable for treating miscarriage.F6 is composed of Herba Taxilli and Rhizoma Cyperi.Herba Taxilli belongs to rheumatoid drug,which is mainly tonifying liver and kidney,strengthening the bones and muscles,miscarriage prevention.Rhizoma Cyperi belongs to herbs for regulating QI flow.The combination of these two herbs can be used to treat functional activity of QI being not smooth,the rheumatism block,and the liver and kidney deficiency cause the pregnancy-induced low back pain.Conclusion1.The maximum useful frequency prescriptions are "Antaiyin Decoction","Siwu Decoction","Jiaoai Decoction","Antaisan Decoction","Ejiao Decoction","Antaidanggui SongJinYuan Dynasty.From Ming dynasty,heat-clearing drugs were also considered and used.3.The principle to prevent miscarrge in historical China-The key is to nourish kidney,in some case we have to
