Research On Scientometrics Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based On Big Data

Purpose:By adopting scientometrics method and using appropriate algorithm desig n and model construction,the subject,subject,method and other important issues of the discipline of TCM are defined,the historical prospect and current features of th e development of the discipline are drawn,and the knowledge system of TCM subje ct based on scientific literature is constructed.Methods:Core collection in Web of Science as a data source,"perfect" strategy t o make the retrieval process,all collection to 2018 since the self-built database rese arch literature of traditional Chinese medicine,integrated cooperation network analysi s,overlay analysis of periodicals,common analysis and common words,full text mi ning,and other analysis methods,the integrated application of spectrum in different links of clustering algorithm,natural language processing,minimum spanning tree,re gression models,such as mathematical tools,the construction of a two-dimensional s pace complex networks,and combined with the timeline deduction,analysis and map ping network in the historical process of evolution.Results:1.In the WOS database,22,196 literatures directly related to traditional Chinese medicine can be obtained through subject retrieval.The number of literatures shows an increasing trend year by year,and after 2011,there was an explosive surge;2.A total of 2270 scholars from 635 research institutions of 143 countries/regio ns participate in the relevant scientific research work of Chinese medicine,and scie ntific cooperation common concentration,displays obvious globalization cooperation c haracteristics,in terms of number of post,to most Chinese scholars published literat ure quantity,55477,and a larger gap with other countries,but in the importance of scientific cooperation network structure and evolution in terms of influence is obviou sly insufficient,in an integrated index judgment,Japan to 18 orders of magnitude di fference big distance between with other countries,shows that its irreplaceable impor tance;3.The subject of traditional Chinese medicine field application are mainly conc entrated in the medical molecular biology and immunology of physical chemistry an d materials science veterinary science and zoology four main aspects,mainly include s the basis of studying medical nursing molecular biology and genetics environmenta 1 toxicology and nutrition,physical chemistry and materials science to learn four are as,from the point of citation path,four main research direction of traditional Chines e medicine has a tendency to be toward the microscopic level,based on the study o f molecular biology,genetics and other disciplines are introduced;4.TCM literature cited network contains 840 nodes,2343 and 190 were cited a ttachment clustering,nine main clustering for#0 ethical dilemma/alternative medicine?#1 ethical dilemma/systematic review?#2 quality control?#4 anti-inflammatory acti on/Chinese traditional
