The Study On The Academic Thought And Therapy Regularity About Menstrual Irregularities Of The Treatment Of The Master Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Ban Xiu-wen

Objective: Taking the 938 effective cases of menstrual irregularities treated by the National physician master Ban xiu-wen as the object,this article deeply explores his academic thoughts and therapy regularity in order to further guide the clinical practice of Chinese gynecology,and at the same time we will continue to inherit and develop his valuable experiences to benefit the vast number of patients with menstrual irregularities.Methods: Based on the literature study,we carry out data mining for Ban xiu-wen's 938 cases of menstrual irregularities by using association rule algorithm,and carry out the research on the prestigious Chinese physician's academic thoughts and therapy regularity with the theoretical,clinical and statistical studies.Results:1.The history of menstrual irregularities has evolved over five periods.The Qin and Han dynasties witnessed the formation of gynecological theories,which basically formed a system of dialectical treatment of women's menstrual,leukorrheal diseases,pregnancy,birth and miscellaneous diseases.The awareness of menstrual irregularities has been preliminarily recorded.The Jin and Tang dynasties period is an independent period,which has a separate distinction for the menstrual irregularities.The period of Song,Jin and Yuan was a period of academic contention,which further deepened the understanding of menstrual irregularities,involving disease name,pathogenesis,therapeutic principle and other aspects.In the Ming and Qing dynasties,the understanding of menstrual irregularities theory,dialectics,treatment principles and methods and prescriptions was more perfect and integrated.In the modern,Traditional Chinese medicine has a deep understanding of the causes and pathogenesis of menstrual irregularities and its treatment methods are various2.Research results of academic empirical literature:When Ban xiu-wen different and treat menstrual irregularities,he paid attention to tonify liver and kidney,from song,etc.The commonly used heat clearing medicinal include heat-clearing and fire purging medicinal such as xiakucao,zhizi;heat clearing and dampness drying medicinal such as huangbai and huangqin;heat clearing and detoxicating medicinal such as lianqiao,rendongten,mabiancao,mabo;heat clearing and blood-cooling medicinal such as mudanpi,shengdi,chishao and digupi,etc.the common especially pays attention to soothing liver and regulating qi.These experiences provide good ideas and methods to our clinical treatment of menstrual irregularities.2.Using modern data mining techonology and traditional literature research to study academic thoughts and therapy regularity of prestigious Chinese physicians,it has the function of extracting pathogenesis theory,summarize the therapeutic principles and methods and the rule of prescription and medication,studying its system of theory,method,formula and herbs.It is conducive to the promotion of the academic thoughts of prestigious Chinese physician.The mathematical laws presented by data mining for the treatment of menstrual irregularities by Ban xiu-wen are the deep excavation and summary of the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principles,prescription and medication of treating menstrual irregularities,which adding new understanding and experiences to the theoretical system of diagnosis and treatment of--menstrual irregularities.3.In terms of the research in Ban Xiu-wen's academic thoughts and therapy regularity,using the data mining method combined with literature research is significantly better than the traditional literature research in terms of content depth and breadth.It shows that the data mining technology has its advantages and development space in the research field of academic thoughts of prestigious Chinesephysician,which provides a model for the objectification,standardization and standardization of clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine,and is more consistent with the evaluation standard of TCM clinical efficacy.
