To Observe The Clinical Curative Effete Of Boneknitting And Acupuncture Of The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylopathy

Cervical spondylosis is a high incidence disease,which is very common in clinic.Modern medical research for many years found that: the pathological mechanism of cervical spondylosis mainly in two aspects: 1.Degeneration of cervical intervertebral disc;two,secondary degeneration of intervertebral disc caused by degeneration of intervertebral disc.Clinical symptoms: the cervical spondylosis often manifests discomfort of neck-shoulder and muscle stiffness.In recent years,because of changing of life-work patten and the popularization of electronic technology products,the incidence of cervical spondylosis increases rapidly,and there is a younger trend.In 1992,cervical vertebra disease experts agreed to be divided into six types.In the six type of cervical spondylosis,neck type is the initial stage of cervical spondylosis,neck type of cervical spondylosis is the lightest in type six,so if the treatment is timely,the symptoms ease faster,the curative effect is prominent and the treatment time is short.For neck type cervical spondylosis,there are many different treatments for traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine.Acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of bone is cervical vertebra disease characteristic therapy is widely used in spinal diseases,worthy of further clinical study and promotion.In this paper,the tutor's clinical experience as the basis,combined with other related literature resaerch,through the clinical study of acupuncture combined with manipulation in the treatment of cervical disease,to explore the effects of acupuncture manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis clinical practice meaning,can provide reference and necessary materials for clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis and research.ObjectiveThis topic according to the principle of evidence-based medicine,clinical trials of comparison,acupuncture manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis patients,through the comparison of symptoms before and after treatment,the degree of depression and the change of processing and analyzing the test results with the appropriate statistical method,to observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture therapy for cervical spondylosis.In order to provide the curative treatment for the clinical treatment of cervical disease,and to explore the mechanism underlying,provide more reliable evidence for acupuncture manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis,and providing a new way for the treatment of cervical spondylosis,expand the osteopathic disease spectrum.MethodsFirst of all,60 patients with cervical spondylosis who met the observation condition were selected.They were from the massage clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.According to the principle of statistics,this paper adopts simple random grouping method: 60 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,every group 30 number.Treatment plan: two groups of patients were treated with acupuncture,the time is about 15 minutes,acupuncture after the use of manual reduction;the control group only treated with acupuncture.Treatment cycle: Two proups cure every other day or three days,6 times as a course,two courses of treatment performed.Observation indicators: Use the NPQ neck pain scale and simplified McGill pain inquiry scale(SF-MPQ)to assess the clinic efficacy before and after treatment.Clinical efficacy: The reduction rate of NPQ neck pain scale calculates into clinical efficacy evaluation.The data of this study was calculated by SPSS24.0.Results1.Comparison of general data: in terms of age,gender,disease duration,no statistically significant differences between treatment group and control group before treatment;simplified McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ)and NPQ neck pain scale scores,differences between two groups were not statistically significant.2.Comparison of clinical efficacy: using acupuncture Fengchi,Jiaji combined treatment group treated by Acupuncture and manipulation in the treatment of the treatment group had good therapeutic effect.The treatment group acupuncture Fengchi,Jiaji combined with manipulation in the treatment of the total effective rate was 96.67%,the control group acupuncture treatment;the total effective rate was 80%,according to the statistical analysis,the treatment group's efficiency is better than another group(P<0.05).3.NPQ neck pain scale: According to pared-samples T test,two groups' s the NPQ neck pain scale has significant difference in the treatmengt before and after(P<0.05).According to pared-samples T test,two groups' s the NPQ neck pain scale has significant difference after treatment(P<0.05).This shows that treatment group is better than control group in perfecting NPQ neck pain scale.4.The simplified McGill pain questionnaire score : According to pared-samples T test,two groups' s the SF-MPQ scale has significant difference in the treatmengt before and after(P<0.05).According to pared-samples T test,two groups' s the SF-MPQ scale has significant difference after treatment(P<0.05).This shows that treatment group is better than control group in perfecting SF-MPQ scale.5.Treatment pressure sister and control group in the observation process for two courses,there are no adverse reactions and accidents.ConclusionThe combined therapy of acupuncture and pulling for cervical type cervical spondylosis has better effect than simple acupuncture.Compared with the simple acupuncture treatment,the advantages of combined therapy reflect in reducing the discomfort of the neck and shoulder,remarkable analgesic effect and high overall effective rate.It is necessary for clinical workers and researchers to further explore the essence of this traditional medicine and promote it in clinical application.
