Study On The Medication Rule Of Ancient Anti-senile Prescriptions

Anti-senile research has always been a hot topic for the medical community and even for all human beings.It formed a relatively complete theoretical system,through the development of anti-senile prescription over the ages.Thes'e anti-senile prescriptions are rich material for the study of anti-senile of TCM.The research and application status of ancient anti-senile prescriptions are mainly divided into:A,collect and collate into booklets in the form of selected parties or practical parties for easy access,the downside is that prescriptions are not included in strict selection criteria;B,the researches and analysis has not been based on comprehensively collecting anti-senile prescriptions;C,the modern pharmacological research focuses on the mechanism of a single prescription,there are more basic experimental studies and lack of systematic clinical observation.The scope of the study is based on ancient literature record of TCM before 1911.It involves medical formulary,comprehensive medical books,medical remedy,health,and herbal books.This study is using data mining techniques based on the enormous data of ancient anti-senile prescriptions.The purpose is the following three aspects:first,it is to explore the medication rule and provide a basis for screening and reorganizing safe,reliable and simplified prescriptions;second,it is to explore the theoretical basis of senility doctrines from the reverse thinking of drug testing;third,it is to discuss the evolution process of the famous prescriptions with high frequency and widely using nowadays.The methods involve literature research,statistical analysis,descriptive research and so on.The object is definitively formulate prescriptions that have longevity and anti-ageing effect by determining and searching the keywords.The specific inclusion criteria(1)inclusion criteria:?OIt must have the source,name,composition,usage and efficacy of the prescription;?The usage is internal;?The name has a clear record of anti-aging vocabulary;?The efficacy has a clear record with anti-aging vocabulary;?The functional description with comprehensive anti-ageing effect.It must have?or?and one of?,?and?.(2)kick criteria:?It lacks the source,name,composition,usage or efficacy of the prescription;?For the same prescriptions,kicking the later ones;?The drugs are all minerals;?The usage is for external.The data collection:First,defining the keywords.Using the words "yan nian","yi shou","bu-lao","xia ling" and those with the same meaning of anti-senile as the clue,selecting important and representative works from different historical periods in ancient Chinese medicine books as a sample for preliminary exploration.Secondly,using "Chinese medicine ancient knowledge base",which is developed by China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences Institute for the History of Chinese Medicine and Medical Literature,and The 5th edition of the Chinese Medical Code as search tools.And then,using Chinese medicine prescription dictionary to find out the lost.At last,checking the books to ensure the accuracy of the data in libraries.The data collation and analysis:530 prescriptions are included from 87 ancient Chinese medicine books.Making EXCE1 table,setting up the basic information of prescriptions,including the following 14 items:number,name,synonym,source,composition,composition(after specification),function,method and dose,dosage form,time taken,special regimen,taboo,record bibliography,remarks and so on.Standardizing the names of drugs according to "Zhonghua Bencao" and "The People's Republic of China Pharmacopoeia".After data processing,530 prescriptions are included in the TCM Inheritance Support System(V2.5).And double check to ensure the accuracy of the data.Data embedded methods such as descriptive statistics,Apriori association rules analysis,improved mutual information method,and complex system entropy clustering,that is,the statistical functions of"Frequency Statistics","four characters","five tastes","channel distributions","medication rule",and "new party analysis" are used.The frequency of the drugs,four characters,five tastes,and channel distributions,the association rules between the drugs,and the potential new combinations are obtained.The results of the analysis are visualized through the network,visually displayed the interrelationships between drugs,proposed core drug combinations,and constructed new ones.The text of this paper is divided into 8 parts:1.First,defining related concepts:"ancient books of TCM,";"sensitive interpretation";"definition of aging in modern medicine";"aging performance";"aging mechanism";"recognition aging signs of TCM";"anti-senile";"anti-senile prescription".Secondly,the purpose,significance,objects and methods of the study are introduced.2.Combating the history of ancient anti-aging prescriptions.3.Analysising the medication rule of ancient anti-senile prescriptions using TCM Inheritance Support System(V2.5).4.The results(1):First,Statistical distribution of ancient anti-senile prescription dynasties.The number is the highest in Song Dynasty,followed by Ming Dynasty;Secondly,statistical analysis of the frequency,four nature,five flavours,and channel tropism of the drugs,the association rules between the drugs,and the potential new combinations,of Tang,Song,Jin Yuan,Ming and Qing Dynasties and all ancient anti-senile prescriptions,are conducted.Channel Tropism:The channel-tropism of medicine is mostly five zang viscera.The frequency of channel-tropisms in kidney is higher than the other four organs,and in heart in Tang Dynasty is higher than other dynasties.Since the Song Dynasty,the frequency of channel-tropisms in spleen has gradually increased,the sum of in spleen and stomach has passed the kidney in Qing Dynasty.Four Nature:The medicinal properties are mainly warm and calm,and the cold also accounts for a considerable proportion,the hot and cool drugs are less used.Five Flavours:The medicinal flavor is mainly based on sweet taste,supplemented by bitter and pungent,with a small amount of acid,acerbity and salty,and has consistency in different historical periods.High Frequency Drugs:High-frequency drugs mainly involve the following:promoting diuresis drug,qi-supplementing drug,yang-supplementing drug,yin-supplementing drug,blood-supplementing drug,tranquillization drug,resuscitation drug,astringent drug,activating blood and resolving stasis drug,warming-interior drug,superficies-relieving drug,heat-clearing' drug,dampness-resolving drug,expelling and killing ascarid drug.The proportion of tonic drug is the largest,reaches the peak in Qing Dynasty.5.The results(2):Analysis on the rules of compatibility of the top 10 high-frequency drugs of all prescriptions:Indian bread,twotoothed achyranthes root,unprocessed rehmannia root,prepared rehmannia root,barbary wolfberry fruit,ginseng,dodder seed,desertliving cistanche,common yam rhizome,cochinchinese asparagus root.6.The classic anti-senile prescriptions,that is,recurring in the ancient books of TCM,the anti-senile efficacy records are clear,and the drugs are composed of peaceful,safe and refined,including:"fuling renshen san","qiongyu gao","caohuan dan","huanshao dan","shenxianbulao wan","dixian wan","renshen guben wan","baxian gao","yanshan dan" and their similar prescriptions.7.Discussing from the channel tropism,four nature,five flavors,high-frequency drugs,high-frequency drug groups.From the point of view of prescriptions,it confirms the doctrine of the deficiency of five zang-viscera leading to senescence.Heart govern the spirit light and regulatory physiology.The attention of heart spirit in Tang Dynasty reflects the recognition of the doctors' sensation of aging caused by mental disorders.The kidney is the root of life by storing essence.The channel-tropisms of the drugs is mainly in kidney in every dynasty,that defines the kidney's leading role to senescence.The spleen governing transportation and transformation is acquired foundation.The sum of in spleen and stomach has passed the kidney in Qing Dynasty,which makes breakthrough development.It is the result of the long-term development of the thought of the middle jiao-focus after Song Dynasty.The drugs are mainly based on sweet and warm,supplemented by bitter and pungent.Sweet and warm is nourishment.Bitter can strengthen renal yin and reinforc heart.Pungent can warm middle energizer to promote qi,promot blood circulation for removing blood stasis,dispel wind and eliminate dampness,resuscitation and wake spirit.Cold can nourish yin and essence,clear asthenic fever.Yin and yang interoperability,five flavours matching,is the rule of formulating anti-senile prescription.Most of the high-frequency drugs are clearly recorded in "Shennong Bencao Jing" with"yan-nian","nai-lao",,"bu-lao" effect.And pharmacological studies have also proven that they have anti-aging effects.From the point of view of the drugs,the pathogenesis of senescence is based on the deficiency of five zang-viscera and qi,blood,fluid,yin and yang.It also accompanies by stagnation of qi and blood stasis,malnutrition of heart spirit,loss of essence.Drugs are selected with five viscera-supplement efficacy,focusing on nourishing the kidney,heart,and spleen,as well as drugs for tranquillization,blood-activating,regulating qi-flowing,phlegm-expelling,resuscitation,and diuresis.8.This study basically clarified the medication rule of anti-senile prescriptions.The selection and compatibility of drugs is based on "Shennong Bencao Jing" and has certain regularity and tendency.The ancient anti-senile prescriptions were made under the guidance of TCM theory.They were guided by the senility doctrines originated from "Huangdi Neijing"and experienced the influence of the development of academic thoughts of later generations of medical practitioners.The senility doctrines is analyzed and combed from the point of view of prescriptions,and the development context is preliminary clarified.Chinese medicine has an forward consciousness of anti-senile.It advocates the full exertion of subjective initiative.It will take effective intervention to prevent premature aging and delay the aging process before senescence.
