Research Progress Of External Dislocation Of Condylar Fracture Combined With Mental Fracture In Children And Case Reports

Condylar internal fracture is an oral common disease.In the course of the disease,it is easy to cause TMJ hard and cause the injury of soft tissue.It is easy to cause certain damage to the chewing function of the patient's face,and some patients will also have a definite social psychological obstacle.This disease often occurs in children.In the process of children's growth,the development of the mandible is not perfect,it belongs to the fragile part,and the children are prone to fall injury or injury in the movement,which leads to the external dislocation of the condyle bursa combined with mental fracture,with obvious pain,it will cause the patient.When the condyle is moved forward,the anterior teeth open and the posterior teeth appear first contact,which makes the patient's occlusal part disorderly and causes the malformation of the face.In the improper treatment of the children,the children's diet has a serious influence on the children's diet,and the children's facial nerve system is affected.Therefore,the condyle is on the condyle.The key point of treatment for children with external dislocation of cysts and mental fractures is to correct condylar dislocation and restoration of arch width.Therefore,the children are treated to achieve corrective effect,reduce the suffering of the patients,improve the quality of life of children,and get physical and mental health.Objective Symphysis fracture is common diseases in children.To explore the new character of chin fractures and the association between the eruption of mandibular canines and the chin fractures in children through investigation of the fracture line position in the chin fracture before and after the eruption of the mandibular canine in children,retrospectively.Methods 80 children(age<12 years old)were collected who were suffered chin fracture(or combined fracture of other parts)from May 2012 to May 2016 in stomatological hospital of Wuhan University.The association between the fracture line position and canine tooth germs,median joint,mental foramen was defined by radiological information.Following up about Prognosis after the post-operation was recorded.All data accurately and analyzed using the statistical software.Results A total of 80 children were enrolled in this study,including 57 men and 23 women,with a sex ratio of 2.47:1.The main cause of the injury was inadvertent fall(51.2%),followed by high fall injury(30.1%)and traffic accident(13.7%).66.17% of the fracture lines in the no erupted mandibular canine were on the canine tooth germ,and only 16.67% of the fracture line in the eruption of the canine on the canine.There was statistically significant between groups of fracture line in the canine tooth germ and after the eruption of mandibular canine(P=0.003<0.05).Conclusions Boys are more likely to have chin fi^ctures than girls,the most important reason is the inadvertent fall.The fracture line of children^ chin fracture will change with the eruption of the mandibular canine.If the mandibular canine is not erapted,the fracture will easily occur near the canine tooth germ.The fracture was not easy to occur near the canine after the mandibular canine eruption.
