Background:Tripterygium "wilfordii is an effective drug for treatment of rheumatoid immune disease,while its acute or chronic poisoning to multiple organ inhibited its application in clinical application.Through reasonable compatibility,not only the effects can be enhanced.but also the toxicity can be adjusted and lowered.As with the accumulation of drug clinical experience,the purposes and forms of traditional Chinese medicine have gone far beyond the categories of"seven emotions" and "monarch,minister,adjuvant and elchee".Combined with clinical practice and previous research results,it is found that tripterygium wilfordii compatible with different efficacy of drugs(interaction of various drugs),can restrict its toxicity,and the hypothesis of "restriction of heterogeneity" between Traditional Chinese medicine compound to alleviate toxicity has been put forward.Taking tripterygium wilfordii as the object,this research summarizes and concludes "restriction of heterogeneity" method through literature study and clinical prescription study,and carries on the preliminary discussion on the mechanism of"restriction of heterogeneity" in the use of tripterygium wilfordii through the study of metabolomics.Objective:To conclude and summarize the methods of "restriction of heterogeneity" in the compatibility of tripterygium wilfordii,and to clarify the connotation of compatibility easing toxicity so as to provide the basis for security applications of tripterygium wilfordii.Method:Literature research takes Chinese medicine prescriptions database,modern prescription application database as data source.Clinical research takes all the clinical proscriptions in the first and third affiliated Chinese medicine hospital of Henan province and Chinese medicine hospital in Suzhou city from January 2010 to December 2013 as source,analyzing tripterygium wilfordii compatibility relations between the drugs with statistics,exploring the method of"restriction of heterogeneity" in using tripterygium wilfordii,and analyzing the core prescription of drugs with tripterygium wilfordii compatible for rheumatism disease.Using metabonomics method,this research compares the serum metabolomics differences of tripterygium wilfordii,dredging meridian,tripterygium wilfordii compatible with radix rehmanniae and tripterygium wilfordii compatible with notoginseng using on Serum and liver tissue of rats,and explores the mechanism of easing tripterygium wilfordii toxicity by "restriction of heterogeneity"Results:It found that through Literature research that medicines compatible to tripterygium wilfordii mainly function as tonics,drugs promoting blood circulation,nourishing,spleening and dehumidification medicine.The main forms of "restriction of heterogeneity" are fever phase system,dryness phase system,XinGan phase system,and the centralizer drug.It found that found through clinical prescription that medicines compatible to tripterygium wilfordii are mainly tonics,drugs easing heat,promoting blood circulation and nourishing.The main forms of "restriction of heterogeneity" are warm cold system,XinGan phase system,octylic acid phase system,the folding of the phase system,dryness and righting system.It found that through Experimental study that phosphatidyl choline LPC(18:2),LPC(18:1),phosphatidyl choline(18:1),bezoar dept acid,oxygenation bezoar cholic acid,and gca 7-ketone cholesterol,left-handed tyrosine,acetyl lysine,citric acid,benzyl acetate,10,11-12 r-dihydro-hydroxy leukotriene E4.Hemolysis of liver tissue and serum of phosphatidyl choline LPC(18:2),LPC(18:1),LPC(18:0),LPC(20:3),LPC(14:0),phosphatidyl choline(18:1),phosphatidic acid serine PS(14:1)and phosphatidyl inositol 3 kinase,taurine,bezoar cholic acid and oxygenation bezoar cholic acid,3b,4b,7a,12a four hydroxyl-5b-ursodeoxycholic acid,L-2-amino adenosine,hypoxanthine,adipic acid pyrophosphate thiamine,sinistral serine,acetone,malic acid,coproporphyrin in the serum hemolysis can be used as potential markers of tripterygium wilfordii' totoxicity.The prescription of dredging meridian can increase the phospholipid metabolism in phosphatidyl inositol-3 kinase and the content of phosphatidylserine,The prescription of dredging meridian and notoginseng can directly increase the winding phosphatidyl choline in the body and reduce the hemolysis phosphatidyl choline;The prescription of dredging meridian can reduce the winding 7-ketone of bile acid metabolism of cholesterol,and elevate b,4b,7a,12a four hydroxyl-5b-ursodeoxycholic acid,taurine,bezoar bile acid;Qing collaterals tong bi compound can increase the centre-left spin tyrosine amino acid metabolism,left-handed serine:The prescription of dredging meridian and radix rehmanniae can increase the sugar,benzene acetic acid,citric acid,malic acid,coproporphyrin in energy metabolism.Conclusion:1.The main ways of"restriction of heterogeneity" in using Tripterygium wilfordii are thermal system of cold.XinGan phase system,octylic acid phase system,the folding of the phase system,dryness and centralizer system;2.Core drugs compatible to tripterygium wilfordii to cure rheumatoid immune diseases mainly are ziyin medicine,medicines promoting blood circulation and Dredging meridian;3.Potential biomarkers of hepatotoxicity of tripterygium wilfordii mainly are phospholipids,bile acid,amino acid,sugar,and energy metabolism;4.Prescriptions dredging meridian can ease hepatotoxicity of tripterygium by phospholipid metabolism,bile acid metabolism,amino acid metabolism,energy metabolism and sugar;Radix rehmanniae can ease it by energy metabolism and sugar,while notoginseng can ease it by phospholipid metabolism.
