Zheng Shouquan's Experience In Diagnosis And Treatment Of Lung-related Diseases

Objective:Through the deep research on the lung-related diseases recorded in Yifa Yuantong and Yili Zhenzhuan by the famous doctor Zheng Shouquan in Qing dynasty,the paper summarized Zheng's clinical experience in diagnosis and treatment of the lung-related diseases,especially the experience in syndrome differentiation and treatment of the lung-related diseases of yang-deficiency syndrome,which lays the foundation for the further promotion and application.At the same time,in combination with the problems in academic research on Zheng's diagnosis and treatment of the lung-related diseases,the paper proposed an idea,so as to help the inheritance of Zheng's academic experience.Methods:Mainly with the traditional literature research methods such as literature sorting,literature analogy and literature interpretation,in combination with the method of clinical case analysis,the paper summarized Zheng's clinical experience in diagnosis and treatment of lung-related diseases.First,the paper briefly summarized the origin of research on the diagnosis and treatment of the lung-related diseases,then the paper systematically summarized the specific content and method in diagnosis and treatment of lung-related diseases,focusing on syndrome differentiation standard,difficult points and key points in diagnosis and treatment of the lung-related diseases,and objectively evaluated Zheng's clinical experience and reality value in the diagnosis and treatment of the lung-related diseases.Results:1.The academic characteristics of Zheng Shouquan in diagnosing and treating the lung-related diseases:(1).The determination of the lung-related diseases and other diseases having yang-deficiency syndrome.(2).The determination of yang-strengthening method having rectifying effects in the treatment of the lung-related diseases.(3).The identification of the importance of the evidence in the treatment of the lung-related diseases.2.The characteristics of diagnostic methods in diagnosis and treatment of the lung-related diseases:(1).The emphasis on interrogation in the determination of the cause of disease,so as to ascertain the origin of exopathogen and internal injuries.(2).The emphasis on shen and body fluids in distinguishing true-false,so as to confirm the nature of cold and heat,deficiency and indeficiency.(3).The emphasis on the tongue picture and pulse condition in the determination of pathogenesis,in order to make sure the mechanism of the disease development.3.The characteristics of treatment of the lung-related diseases:(1).The emphasis on view-point of "the deficiency of lung-yang and the transportation failure of body fluids",which has a great significance to the rich treatment techniques of consumptive pulmonary disease.(2).From the new perspective of "the deficiency of lung-yang and the transportation failure of body fluids",he discussed the mechanism of licorice and dried ginger decoction,and concluded that the basic principle strengthen-yang in the diagnosis and treatment,and we should make clear the four points as follow:1.Though all disease has some of yang-deficiency syndromes,we should not diagnose every disease only focusing on yang-deficiency.2.Who is having genius for using warming-yang prescriptions in the diagnosis and treatment is real "Huo shen",while abusing of warming-yang lead to Death.3.As to the so-called idea of "No Pian,No expert","Pian" means "to be expert in" instead of stubborn".4.Only sound academic accomplishment can lead to right recognize and perfect logos.If in this way,we can rightly inherit the academic idea and clinical experiment,and to realize the academic value of warming-yang school experts.
